*Job Description
Front office assistance needed for a fast paced, vacation rental company. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills; both verbal and written, exceptional attention to detail, organization and multi-tasking abilities are a must. Candidate must be able to complete multiple tasks in a timely fashion and meet deadlines. The primary responsibility of this position will be welcoming clients, answering phone calls and emails from guests and vendors, creating work orders, delegating work to contractors, and follow-up to ensure quality.

Competitive pay based on experience. Full medical/dental/vision benefits as well as paid leave offered. Position is normally Monday thru Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm but will require weekend coverage as business and seasonality requires.

*Essential Job Functions:
Answering all calls and emails in a timely fashion
Create and delegate work orders
Assisting guests/owners as needed
Daily interaction with owners/guests/operations staff
On-call rotation

High-school diploma
Prior history of working under pressure, excellent customer service skills, and strong communication skills
1-2 years of previous hospitality or front desk experience
