Current Island Information

Facemasks:

The Town of Hilton Head has made it a requirement to wear face masks/face coverings when you are in any confined, indoor public space, such as grocery stores, restaurants, and retail establishments within the municipal limits of the Town. This excludes anyone with a medical condition, persons eating or drinking and any outdoor public areas. This is currently effective and a law in Hilton Head.

The Beaches:

Our beautiful beaches are open, please adhere to a few basic guidelines: do not congregate in large groups and maintain proper distance with others enjoying the beach. You may use beach chairs to relax and enjoy!

Complex Swimming Pools and Fitness Centers:

Complex pools, spas, sundecks and fitness centers are permitted to be open provided that the homeowner associations* are able to comply, with state restrictions. Some associations, in order to comply have elected to modify and/or restrict certain areas.

***Please check with one of our vacation planners for specific questions regarding the complex you are considering.
