Location, Location, Location. This beautiful, large home on a large lot located in the heart of Harbour Town, close to restaurants, shops, and is biking distance to the beach. This home has long views of 11th green and fairway of Heron Point.

As you enter into this beautifully designed home, you will tell instantly that it was designed for family togetherness!  To the left is a beautiful, open kitchen complete with a long granite island with bar stools, that you will enjoy watching your family chef prepare meals for you or simply enjoy your morning coffee and paper! 

As you continue through the kitchen a huge open window overlooks the living room and at the very end is a breakfast nook with a table and 2 chairs for additional gatherings and also overlooks a terrace area outside. There is also a powder room, laundry room and huge mud room that exits out to the pool area and a private sprial staircase that goes up to a guest bedroom. 

The dining room seats 12, plenty of room for everyone to gather and chat after long, fun days of bike riding or shell seeking!  There is also a beautifully furnished screened in porch off of the dining room, perfect for reading or just relaxing, day or night!  It overlooks the fairway and pool. On the 1st floor there is a bunk room that is attached to the master suite, separated by pocket doors, so you will also have your privacy!

Upstairs there are 3 additional bedrooms that each have their own bathrooms. One of the bedrooms has its own stairwell for easy access down to the main level. The home has plenty of parking in the over-sized driveway.  The backyard pool area is perfect for sun worshippers and cook outs, with an outdoor table and chairs and an umbrella for meals al fresco.
