1 Wren is a beautiful Sea Pines rental located just a short 5 minute walk to the beach. This 4 bedroom, 4 bath Hilton Head Vacation home is fully updated with new granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. This colorful house provides lots of attractive space both inside and outside.

The bright and spacious living area has two comfortable couches and two chairs for guests to relax in while watching the game on the flat panel television mounted on the wall. There are cathedral ceilings and a wall of windows that add to the openness of the room and let plenty of light from the outside in. A large dining table, with seating for eight, is located just outside the entrance into the updated kitchen. There is also a breakfast bar with seating for three.

The fully equipped kitchen has granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. There is a small table in the kitchen with two chairs and a door that leads out to the BBQ on the deck. This large deck is accessible from the living room and the master bedroom as well and overlooks the pool and lagoon. The master bedroom has a king bed and private bath with a large shower only. There is also a sleeper sofa in the master bedroom and the closet is large enough for a baby crib. The second bedroom has two double beds and shares a "Jack and Jill" bathroom with the bedroom with 2 twins. The final bedroom with two double beds has a private bathroom with a shower and a tub. There is an additional full bath off of the hallway with a shower only.

This bright and cheerful home offers a friendly welcome to our guests, and provides a lovely view of a lagoon and the distant marsh from the back deck. The large private pool with waterfall and hot tub offers plenty of sunlight. All of this, and just a short 5 minute walk to the beach on Hilton Head, SC.

1 Wren Drive was truly a home away from home for us. It is conveniently located and an easy walk to the beach. The home is beautifully decorated and the layout of the house is perfect for a large family. Everything necessary to eat in, party, or entertain is provided. We loved having a pool! We had coffee there every morning and spent our evenings there after the beach.

This house was very convenient to beach--right across street from path. House layout was good, especially liked the bedrooms with 2 queen beds--it suited our families needs best as most people do not like sleeping in twin beds. Kitchen was well equipped, altho we only ate breakfast at the house. All rooms were large with ample seating. Also plenty of bathrooms. Pool was an added bonus--good relaxation after a day at beach. Owners aware of vacationers needs. Starter supplies were great. Beach Properties a pleasure to work with--Dottie most helpful in booking this rental. Have vacationed at HH for many years and very impressed with this home. We would definitely rent this property again.
