The unit is tastefully decorated and comfortable, on the first floor you will find a half bath, the kitchen with all new appliances including washer and dryer, dining area and living area. The kitchen is well equipped, and overlooks the dining area which has seating for six and is also open to the living area. The living area has a large flat screen TV and a beautiful sleeper sectional sofa. The location to the beach and pool, freshly painted throughout and new flooring in 2020 make this your perfect getaway for any time of year. 

There is a sliding door off the living area that leads to the private deck where you will find a dining table that comfortably seats 4. Relax outside with a book after a tough day at the beach and enjoy the views of the golf course and the lush landscaping. The epitome of vacationing on Hilton Head, relaxing on your shaded, serene and quiet patio!

Located upstairs are 2 bedrooms both with TV's, the master has a king bed and a private master bath with shower/tub combo. The guest bedroom has one queen bed and one twin bed. You will also find a laundry area with full size appliances upstairs in the hall.

The complex is situated around beautiful fairways and manicured grounds. This town home is located only a short walk away from the beach, golf, tennis and the newly renovated community pool. Get outside and enjoy over 50 miles of bike paths on the island. 

If you prefer to drive to the beach, you will be provided a car pass. During the summer months there is a shuttle that stops in the parking lot and will transport guests to the beach club which is located oceanfront in Shipyard Plantation.

Unit was beautifully furnished, much larger than expected. Had every thing I could have possibly needed in the kitchen- crock pot, blender, coffee pot, etc. I didn’t remember reading it was two stories, worked out but may be important to others.
