The perfect location for sun and fun....1425 South Beach Villa is located in Sea Pines Plantation across from South Beach Marina! This beautiful two story villa has been updated with new furnishings, new carpets and so much more.  The decor is coastal and so inviting. If you have stayed in the past at this villa it is time to come and visit again and make new memories with your family.

The first floor of the villa is where you will find the living area with two sofas (one is a sleeper sofa), a large flat screen TV, plenty of seating and beautiful hardwood floors. The living area is open to the dining, with seating for seven.

Off the living area there is a sunroom with wicker furnishings to relax in after a busy day of enjoying the pool and beach. This room also has a TV, a ceiling fan which is the perfect place for your morning coffee or a cocktail after a beautiful day at the beach.

There is also a sunny deck with seating and a charcoal grill for the guests where you will enjoy the ocean breeze while grilling just off the sunroom. You will see the path off the patio to the beach, only steps away.

If you are the chef in the group or just enjoy eating, you will enjoy this well equipped and stocked kitchen which has been updated, bright white and very pretty! The laundry room is off the kitchen, there are full size appliances which makes doing laundry on vacation a breeze.

This South Beach two story villa offers four bedrooms and three full baths and an open floor plan. One of the master bedrooms is located on the first floor and has a queen bed, beautiful linens, flat screen TV, gorgeous wood floors and a full bath in the adjacent hall.

This bedroom is perfect for the grandparents or if you are traveling with another couple. The second master bedroom is located upstairs with the two additional bedrooms.The master bedroom has nice furnishings, a king bed, flat screen TV, blackout curtains and a large private bath. There is a private balcony off the master where you can relax and take in the ocean air and beautiful views. The third bedroom has new furnishings, two twin beds, a flat screen TV and a private bath. There are beautiful views from this bedroom's windows as well. The fourth bedroom is perfect for the small children, teens or young adults, cozy with two twin beds and a dresser, there is not a window in this room and shares the bath with the other twin bedrooms.

Upstairs has new carpet, all bedrooms have new linens, new decor, new blinds, the villa is wonderful as the new owner has done some awesome updates making this one of the nicest villas in Sea Pines Plantation.

This wonderful villa is located within a short walk from the beach, the community pool, tennis, the famous South Beach Marina and Salty Dog Café along with several shops and other dining areas.

The tennis club is located within a 2 minute walk from the villa. If you enjoy biking, the beach, tennis and water sports then this is the perfect place to be. The complex is on the bike path and bike rentals are also just a few steps away. Experience Sea Pines Plantation at its best, come stay with us and enjoy the wildlife, biking, water sports, horse back riding, shopping, entertainment, dining, and the beautiful 12 miles of beaches.
