Welcome to 189 Evian in Shipyard Plantation! This lovely condo has been renovated and freshly painted and the views and location are fantastic- overlooking the 6th hole!

The entry level is on the first floor along with a closet for your beach items. The living areas, bedrooms and baths are located on the upper level. The living area is open is an open floor plan which includes the dining and kitchen, great for family gatherings and socializing. The living area offers plenty of comfortable seating, beautiful wood floors, a large TV over the decorative fireplace and the back wall has windows looking out to the golf course.

There is a dining table that seats six (leaf and 2 extra chairs are in the master closet) and a breakfast bar that seats 2, the kitchen has white cabinets, granite and stainless appliances. Off the dining area is a wonderful large balcony partially covered with a dining area and grill. The views are amazing, you can watch the golfers play or enjoy the wildlife in the lagoon.

The bedrooms offer nice separation, there is a master with Queen bedding, a TV and private bath. The guest bedroom has a Queen bed, a twin bed, a bunk bed (twin over full), TV and the bath is located in the hall. There is a wonderful pool and tennis courts located on site, the beach is a pleasant short bike ride away.

“Location was great- the Evian community within Shipyard is quiet and serene and a wonderful place to spend some time with family. Tennis courts and pool were close (though we did not use them) and the beach was a short drive away. Unit is clean and well appointed- a really nice space to spend a quiet new years as a small family.”

We really enjoyed our stay. It’s a beautiful condo with a great view. It was better than the pictures. The surrounding grounds were very beautiful and peaceful. The location is very convenient. The kitchen had everything we needed. We loved sitting on the deck and watching wild life.

Thanks for a great vacation. The location was perfect, walking distance to the tennis courts and pool, a short bike ride to the beach, and a nice view of the golf course. Easy access to restaurants and shopping. The condo was well equipped and nicely decorated, open and bright. The master suite included a large walk in shower in the master bath which was great after a morning of tennis. We really enjoyed our stay.
