Welcome to 20 Hilton Head Beach Villa, located in a gated complex in South Forest Beach. The condo was recently fully renovated with all new furnishings, appliances, TV's and paint. This condo is new to the rental market, there are three bedrooms, three full baths and two sitting areas. The condo is a split floor plan on 3 levels, large flat screen TVs, freshly painted and full size washer and dryer in the condo.

As you enter the foyer, there is a full bath and laundry room.  As you go down a half flight there is a living area complete with couch, chairs and a mounted TV.  There is also a bedroom with queen bed on this level.
The next level up has an open floor plan, including a living room, dining area and updated kitchen.
The 3rd level includes 2 master bedrooms, each with a king bed and their own bathroom.

Outside the condo is a spacious patio with a grill and a seating area. There is a wonderful community pool and a kiddie pool for the guests, the beach is only steps from the condo. The bike path is located directly across the street from the complex and it is an easy walk to Coligny Plaza were you will find shopping, dining and entertainment.
