Whether you're planning a family vacation, wedding, or corporate retreat, 22 Bradley Circle will fit your needs. For additional space, the neighboring vacation homes, 30, 32, 20 and 24 Bradley Circle can also be rented out, they are just as spectacular and upscale.

There are plenty of things to love about this luxury vacation home. First of all, the bright open concept first floor is complete with a kitchen, living space, and a formal dining area. The exposed ceiling beams, shiplap, tile floors, and luxury furnishings all make this home stand out. Furthermore, this home features a gorgeous gourmet kitchen complete stainless steel appliances, an ice maker, beverage center, breakfast bar, and plenty of seating.

In addition to the four spacious balconies, there's also a patio off of the first floor. Outside, you'll find the luxurious infinity pool and an outdoor living area where you can enjoy the beautiful weather while taking a dip or enjoying a nice cool drink. 

A majority of the bedrooms are on the upper levels, however, the first bedroom can be found on the first floor. As you continue to the second floor, you’ll find the next four bedrooms. The two bedrooms at the front of the home share balcony access with magnificent ocean views. Additionally, the third floor has four more bedrooms. Three of the third-floor bedrooms have private balcony access with ocean views. Finally, you'll find the tenth bedroom on the fourth floor. All the bedrooms on the upper levels come complete with en-suite bathrooms and HD-TVs.

The fourth floor also provides a large entertainment space for guests. This floor is equipped with a second living area, an HD-TV, a huge in-home bar to include a 36" refrigerator/freezer combo, beverage center, and beautiful ocean views. 
All in all, 22 Bradley Circle is truly the ideal home to rent for a large group vacation. The sleeping accommodations, ocean views, and entertainment space make this home a great option for a variety of events. Additionally, between the garage and driveway, there's parking for up to eight vehicles. However, if your party needs even more room, you can book the adjacent homes, 20 and 24 Bradley Circle,  which also sleep up to 20 guests comfortably.
