The villa is unit 220 Evian located in quaint Shipyard Plantation. The villa has been wonderfully updated, there is a beautiful community pool and wonderful tennis courts located on site and the beach is a short bike ride away.

220 Evian is a corner unit offering fantastic golf and lagoon views. Once you enter the villa there is a closet in the entry for your beach items, there are some beach chairs and beach toys for our guest. The living area and all bedrooms are located up the wide staircase. The living area offers plenty of seating, updated furnishings, a flat screen TV and is open to the dining area which has a dining table that will seat 8.

The kitchen has been updated with a breakfast bar, there is a wonderful deck located on the second floor with seating and an electric grill. The master suite offers seating, a flat screen TV, King bed,  and a private updated bath with walk-in shower only. The guest bedroom has 1 queen size bed and 1 twin size bed, nice linens, a flat screen TV and an updated private bath with a shower/tub combo.
