Highlights of this incredible home include unparalleled views all the way down the beach, a private infinity edge plunge pool, adjacent beach boardwalk, and two separate living areas that open to outdoor living. The home is furnished by a well-known design firm and features stone tile throughout, a neutral palette with modern rustic décor and exposed beam ceilings on the 1st and 4th floors. With no expense spared we are sure this will be your ‘go to’ place for family vacations for years to come.

The first floor offers an open concept living, kitchen and dining space. The living room features a large sofa and 2 swivel chairs, a 65” Sony TV mounted over the fireplace and Sonos surround system. The gourmet kitchen offers an oversized marble topped island with seating for 8, sink, dishwasher and wine cooler. There are marble counter tops, a Z-line 8-burner gas stove and custom hood and stainless steel refrigerator/freezer. The extra-large dining room table seats 12 and leads out to the outdoor covered balcony with infinity edge pool. There are 4 chairs, 2 lounge chairs and a small table as well. This is the perfect location to relax, enjoy the weather and the beautiful ocean views. Bedroom 1 is just off the living area at the front of the house and features a king bed, bench seat, TV and a private bath with single vanity and a large walk-in shower. Behind the sliding barn door in the hall is your ½ bath for this floor.

The next level has 4 bedrooms. The 1st bedroom has a king bed and a queen sleeper sofa with gorgeous marsh and ocean views beyond the sliding doors to a Juliet covered balcony. The large private bath has a soaking tub and separate shower. There is a separate half bath with the toilet and vanity. Bedroom 3 has a king bed and shares a bath with bedroom 4 that has 2 sets of twin bunk beds. Each of these rooms have a private vanity and share the toilet and large shower. Bedroom 5 has a king bed and private bath with double vanity and walk-in shower. The first of two laundry rooms are also on this floor complete with a Samsung front loading washer and dryer.

The 3rd floor has three more bedrooms. The first room is identical to the oversized bedroom on the floor below with a king bed, queen sleeper sofa and a private bath with spa tub and separate shower. Bedrooms 7 and 8 each have king beds and private baths, both with double vanities and a large walk-in shower. A second laundry room is on this level, again, with a Samsung front loading washer and dryer plus a sink.

The 4th floor has a second living area, kitchen and the 9th bedroom. There are marble countertops, stainless steel appliances including the fridge and dishwasher plus a large island that seats 5. Additional seating can be found at the high top wood table that seats 8. The living area is complete with a large sofa and 2 comfy chairs and a 65” Sony TV mounted over the fireplace. Outside on the covered balcony with ceiling fans is a table and 4 chairs. The views from here are spectacular!

The 9th bedroom is on this level and has a king bed and 42” TV plus a private bath with double vanity and large walk-in shower that is also shared with the hall.

The house is luxurious and huge for a group of ten people! Almost each bedroom has its own bathroom. Double kitchen and living spaces allow young people have their own space. Adults can have conversations in a calm environment. The views from inside and outside spaces are beautiful! We all loved the stay at this beautiful house!

This property is ideally located with easy beach access and short drive to shops, golf and restaurants. Beautiful decor and spacious. Plenty of parking. Teens had their own floor for hanging out. Elevator was not working at first but management quickly fixed it. Was nice to have some free amenities like tee times at local golf courses. Also great to have four bikes with the property. One downside is that the marble floors make sound carry. Third floor bedrooms could easily hear TV and laughing from fourth floor through the stairwell. Also having two kitchens on first and fourth floors made for some difficulty finding things for cooking/meals. Loved having the grill and large kitchen table for family meals. The beach is AMAZING! Had an awesome vacation!

We had an amazing trip to Hilton Head. The house was beautiful and all the bedrooms very spacious and accommodating for our large group. The kitchen and dining area were great for our gathering and our low country boil we had Board and Baskett HHI cater to cap off our vacation. The fourth floor with the kitchen, living area and bedroom were perfect for my niece and her new husband who did an elopement with Southern Charm Elopements so they had their own space to retreat to. Close access to the beach and great location to take walks and bike rides.

This beach house has it all! It is close to the beach and near great restaurants and enabled us to have great family time in a house big enough for all of us to stay together. The house boasts spectacular views and great porches to sit back and relax! Thank you for such a wonderful stay!

Perfect for 8 guys on a golf trip. Each guy has his own large room and shower, two nice hang out and cooking/heating/eating areas with televisions and elevator for injured/disabled. Short walk to beautiful beach. Clean and easy. Highly recommend.

30 Bradley Circle is a lovely property. Fifteen of us had five nights there and it was as it is pictured. We had a couple of glitches upon arrival, but they were taken care of quickly by Beach Properties. The rooms are furnished beautifully and the property was clean. The views from many of the rooms are great and the short walk to the beach was easy. If you have a large group, this is the perfect place.

From the moment you get there you know it high end, the house was beautiful! I normally don’t sleep good in a bed that not mine, but I slept well . The rooms are all good size and they all have their own bathroom, except for the one that shares with the bunk bed room, it worked out well for my daughter and her family, lots of seating love the huge table in the kitchen, the pool wasn’t huge but it was perfect. Loved everything beach is very close and the view from 4th floor is amazing. Loved every thing! The elevator quit working but I think it just needed reset again. I enjoy being able to come here again!

This vacation home was absolutely amazing! Everything in the house was clean and ready for our group. The pool was perfect for our three kids and the location was amazing. It was only a 2 minute walk to the beach. I would HIGHLY recommend staying at this location. You will have a hard time finding anything better. FIVE PLUS STARS!

The house is situated minutes from the beach, the rooms are all roomy and comfortable, the living areas on the main floor and top floor were plenty large and well appointed. We wish the kitchen had a few items in it that are commonly used for cooking...but next to that, it was practically perfect. We LOVED our stay.
