309 North Shore Place is one of our Hilton Head Island rentals located in North Forest Beach. Elegantly appointed, this villa has all the amenities for a luxurious vacation. Located on the 3rd floor of this upscale complex, guests will delight in the gorgeous 4th floor rooftop swimming pool and hot tub where they can look across the street and see a partial view of the ocean.

This 2 bedroom, 2 bath villa is the ideal place for a family of six. There is a beautiful formal dining room on the left with a glass table and 6 upholstered chairs. Guests have a great view of a courtyard filled with tall trees and lush tropical plants. The galley style kitchen offers a breakfast bar that seats four, Corian counters, double sinks, and a flattop stove. Adjacent to the kitchen is the living room with a queen-sized sleeper sofa, 2 nautical-themed armchairs, and a 32” flat screen TV with DVD player. A door leads out to a large covered balcony surrounded by gorgeous tall trees, lending a feeling of privacy. Perfect for sipping your morning coffee, the veranda has a table and chairs for 4.

Off the living room, to the right, is the master bedroom with a king bed, and a 32” flat screen TV. A beautiful private bath has a soaking tub and separate shower. A pocket door separates the sink area from rest of the bathroom. There is also a door from the bedroom that connects to the veranda. The guest bedroom, which is located to the right of the front entrance, has two twin beds and a 32” flat screen, perfect for kids! Also having a private bath, with a combination tub/shower.

We thoroughly enjoyed our first vacation to HHI! The property was in the PERFECT location with easy access to the beach, grocery, shops and restaurants all within easy walking distance. We enjoyed our stay at North Shore the week of March 14-21, 2015. We've stayed at North Shore three times and love the location. However, we had 2 negatives on this trip. Neither was related to the condo itself. On our first night there a huge party was going on in a home across the street from our unit (309). It lasted until well into the early hours. We were exhausted from the 12 hour drive there and went to bed early but the party was still going at 3 a.m. I would have called the police but my ear plugs worked well enough. The 2nd thing that happened was on our last day there. We ended up having to leave on Friday instead of Saturday morning because my son got called back home to work. We started to pack up our car around 11 a.m. The maintenance people turned the elevator off for some work which according to their signs was supposed to have been completed on Monday. We ended up having to carry down to the garage all of our luggage and other items we brought for our stay. It was very inconvenient! I realize these things are out of your company's control but wanted to give you the feedback.

The amenities are improving the more I come back. This particular place is in a great location because it isn't on the pool level (noise) and it isn't on ground level. I like the location of the property to the beach and the shops

The condo was beautiful and the perfect size for 4 adults and 2 children, very clean. We were within walking distance to most of the stores and restaurants we wanted to go to. We were only yards from the beach. We would have loved to have had an ocean front condo, but other than that, everything was perfect. We can\'t wait to come back again this summer!! We have been coming to Hilton Head for several years.
