This wonderful 2 story villa is located at 4 Hilton Head Cabana which is in the South Forest Beach area. The villa is located directly across the street from the beach and a short walk away from Coligny Plaza. The villa has been nicely updated, the kitchen has beautiful cabinets, granite counter tops, a beautiful back splash and is well equipped. The dining area is open to the living area and kitchen, there is seating for 4 and in the living area you will find plenty of seating and a large flat screen TV. Off the living area is a patio with seating and a propane grill, there is also a half bath located on the first floor of the villa along with the laundry area with new appliances. Both of the bedrooms are located upstairs and there is a shared full bath in the hall situated between the 2 bedrooms. The bedrooms have newer furnishings, newer linens, bedding and flat screen TVs along with a beautiful decor.

There is a large beautiful community pool along with a kiddie pool. Within walking distance is a health club and tennis courts; both self pay amenities. The complex is located on the bike paths which cover over 55 miles of paths on the beautiful island and is a perfect vacation spot for families.

We love 4 Hilton Head and Hilton Head Cabanas. The property was clean, bright with attention to detail. The beach property managers Mike Wood and Jessie were polite and professional and quick to receive and address our requests. Had a concern on the grill as the propane was close to empty and before you know it, a replacement arrived and was installed immediately. This kind of service seem small but makes an experience pleasant and makes it worth going back to.
