Upon entering this beautifully remodeled 2 bed, 2 bath villa, you’re instantly transported to a vacation state of mind. The light ocean blue accents with ocean motifs makes for a chic tropical vacation villa. Inside the front door to your right is the dining area with a table and space for 6 people. To the left is the kitchen with a small bar area with seating for two, all stainless steel appliances and beautiful granite countertops. When you through the villa you reach the living space which is filled with natural lighting and beautiful views. There is one couch, a love seat, and two chairs, perfect for hanging out with your family after a day at the beach and pool. There is also a flat screen tv so you can watch movies or your favorite sports team at night! Located next to the living room is also a wine fridge.

The first bedroom is a master with a king bed and balcony access. The large window in this room makes it sunny and bright and also offers views of the ocean. The master bathroom features a double vanity, a separate jetted tub and shower, and plenty of space. The second bedroom is a guest bedroom with one queen bed and one twin bed. This room also has views of the ocean and access to the balcony. The guest bathroom has a new step-in shower and a single vanity. The main balcony has a dining table perfect for watching the ocean while dining in the sea breeze.

Hampton Place has a private pool, gas grilling area, gym facility, and is just steps from the beach! Accommodating up to 7 guests, this property is a great option for your next vacation to Hilton Head Island!

This place is AMAZING. If this is available book it! It’s beautifully furnished. Perfect location. The pool is great and the views are spectacular. The beach is quiet and stunning. Travelling from the UK we had an absolutely amazing Holiday at the condo in Hampton Place. Stunning apartment with amazing views and fabulous facilities. Loved cycling everywhere and the beach is to die for. All the people we encountered - both guests from other areas and also Hilton Head residents - were friendly and helpful. Would definitely like to go back to exactly the same apartment and would definitely recommend to others! There's so much to see and do...

I am a seasoned traveler and considered this unit to be one of the prettiest, most comfortable and well appointed places I have stayed. Every room had finishes which were high end and beautifully complimented the overall space. Thank you for such a wonderful stay. I will definitely be back and hope to rent the same unit.

6106 Hampton Place is an excellent property, very clean, tastefully decorated and furnished. We would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Hilton Head. The beach location and views are definitely what's required for a perfect beach visit. This is a first floor property with excellent ocean views. My wife and I totally enjoyed the balconies.
