Competitor’s Occupancy Report We track where we stand against our top competitors on a weekly basis for current weeks and future dates. This, in combination with our own year-over-year pacing reports, enables us to gauge the weeks we need to focus on in order to maximize occupancy and revenue. We also track the specials offered by our competitors to help us remain competitive in the market. 

Property Marketing Report (PMR) Annually, we set a revenue goal for each individual property and track on a daily basis where we stand against that goal.Using the historical data we have gathered allows us to closely monitor each individual property and then launch property special marketing tactics to make sure revenue goals are met or exceeded. 

Maximizing Revenue Through Rate Management The PMR allows us to remain up-to-date to changes in the market and maximize the rental rate we can collect for your home/villa. We complete on-going analysis of similar properties (based upon location, condition and quality of the property) and track the rates being charged. Utilizing the PMR also allows us to adjust rates, maximizing rental revenue and obtaining the highest number of bookings possible!
