2305 Sea Crest is a stunning one bedroom, one and a half bath villa on Hilton Head Island, South Carolina. Located on the third floor, this Sea Crest villa has been completely updated throughout including porcelain tile flooring that leads from the foyer to the kitchen, dining/living room area, and bathrooms. Contemporary in design, 2305 Sea Crest will please even the most discriminating vacationer. A balcony off the living room has two chairs and offers a wonderful view of the ocean, along with tropical landscaped shrubs and palm trees that surround the property.

From the front entrance of the villa there is the half bath with a pedestal sink that is conveniently located near the living area. To the left of the entrance is the master bedroom carpeted and decorated in a soothing color scheme. There is a king bed, flat screen TV, and an upholstered bench. A walk-in closet provides storage for a twin rollaway bed for an extra guest. The renovated private bath provides a large walk-in shower and double vanity.

Guests will feel inspired to whip up a gourmet meal in the newly updated kitchen featuring white quartz countertops, large sink, and a breakfast bar with 3 stools and pendant lights. There is a gorgeous wood dining table with a granite top and 4 rattan seats. In the living room there is a comfortable queen-sized sleeper sofa, two chairs and a 65" flat screen TV with Blu-ray DVD player.

Sit outdoors in the evening on the deck and take in the ocean breeze. There’s nothing better than being close to the beach! With an inviting modern interior and a fabulous tropical view, this villa is perfect for your next vacation!

The Sea Crest Resort is located just steps from the beautiful Atlantic Ocean and offers a variety of amenities such as two oceanfront pools, hot tub, children’s pool, fitness center and beautifully landscaped gardens. You are also within walking distance of Coligny Plaza where you will find over 100 shops, restaurants, and entertainment.

I had forgotten my welcome packet & had to stop at the office. Your staff was so responsive in their communications and help. Clearly a professional company with guest satisfaction important. The facilities were well maintained with a number of areas all open and staffed with very helpful staff. We will surely look I to returning.

This was our first time to spend a month. The corona virus changed our plans but we had a great time in spite of it. We loved the location, the grounds, the pools, decks and our view. I felt like we were in a tree house when we opened all the blinds to take in the view. The third floor put us above the tree line with a great beach view. The condos are spacious and the half bath and two TVs were perfect for us.
