30 Canvasback is a 6 bedroom, 5.5 bath 3rd row luxurious home with over 4,600 square feet. Upon entering the home, there is a grand staircase and a long hallway that leads to the great room. The great room has beautiful wood beam ceilings and floors along with many windows bringing in natural light. The great room has a wet bar, two separate seating areas with 2 TVs (1 with Roku) and a large, round dining table that seats eight. The great room opens up to a screened porch with comfortable seating. It also opens out to the pool and spa area. Relax and enjoy the lovely views of the ocean from the great room and the pool area. This vacation home has a small, private paved walkway to the adjacent beach path which is only 100 yards to the ocean. This is a terrific location for your Hilton Head Island vacation.

The main level also features a fabulous chef's kitchen with a six burner gas stove, huge side-by-side refrigerator, stone counter tops and a central island with seating for four. In addition, there is also a formal dining room off the kitchen. There is a master bedroom on this main level with a king bed, 37" TV and a private bathroom with a large walk-in shower. There is also a half bath off of the hallway as well as a full laundry room.

The upper level has a unique skylight that provides bright, natural lighting. There are five bedrooms on this level. Two bedrooms have king beds, each with a 35" TV, large covered terraces with ocean views, private bathrooms with separate bathtub and shower. Each of these two suites is entered through grand double doors. The other two bedrooms also have king beds and private baths with a shower. The fifth bedroom is a children`s room with five day beds and a wall-mounted TV and a pocket door for privacy. This is a truly spectacular home that will create the vacation experience of a lifetime.

We all enjoyed the pool after spending the day on the beach! Our pool screening net had a hole in it and you replaced it promptly. The internet was down once which affected the TVs. Also, it took a while to learn how to operate the TV in my bedroom, the one on the first floor.

I have rented many homes throughout the world many times and most often my biggest worry is; is their definition of clean the same of mine. I was not disappointed here as it was as described in every way. It was also tastefully and well appointed. We had everything we needed and all questions were answered promptly before and after arrival. Location was perfect, it felt secluded yet was close to restaurants and shopping. The beach was steps away and had easy access. We appreciated that the property was as it was described and the pictures were an honest representation. We would definitely rent this place again.

Fantastic house with excellent location and proximity to the beach! We spent Thanksgiving Week here with two total families and it was perfect. Well stocked kitchen and great family room and additional sitting area. Pool and hot tub are very nice!

Beautiful home within walking distance to a beautiful secluded beach. The heated pool was super nice and the hot tub was awesome. We had 8 adults and 4 kids plus a few fur babies and really enjoyed the space. Everyone had comfortable sleeping arrangements and their own bathroom per family. Highly recommend if you are looking for a comfortable home for a large family vacation with beach access. Overall we enjoyed our stay and loved your home. Thank you for sharing.
