Fabulous mid-island location in the beach-oriented, gated community of Sandcastles by the Sea, easy and quick access to everything! This magnificent home features 4 distinct levels of living. As you walk in through the garage there is a half bath, a den with a flat screen TV and a Queen sleeper sofa. There is a DVD player and a great sections of DVDs for your enjoyment. Sliders and a door take you out to the lovely covered pool and the patio furniture which is not covered!

Upstairs is the main level where the open, bright and cheery kitchen is. The huge granite island in the middle seat 4 comfortably and the dining table seats 10. State of the art stainless steel appliances and a gas range will make this the family gathering place! There is also a huge flat screen TV in the kitchen area. The living room offers plenty of seating, a smart TV, and a shuffle board.

Off the kitchen is an adorable balcony with a table and chairs for yet another little nook to gather and enjoy the sunshine and morning coffee. A second half bath is in the foyer as you enter into the over-sized, spacious living room.

As you head up to the 3rd floor, this is where the 3 bedrooms are, beautifully carpeted floors in all the bedrooms and halls. There is a King bedroom with Roku TV, with an attached bath, a Queen bedroom with Roku TV and with an attached bath and the 3rd bedroom has 3 sets of bunk beds, a TV with DVD player, kids DVDs provided, also with an attached bath.

Finally on the 4th level is the 4th bedroom, a master suite, with a huge walk-in closet and huge bathroom with a double vanity, multi-head shower and a jetted tub. You will be sure to want to book this house year after year!

Beach Properties is the best! They provided us beach towels to use during our stay along with toiletries in each bathroom. On top of the hat and sunglasses to keep! We had to come to the them to come to the rental and they were there immediately. The staff was so friendly and accommodating. Will definitely use and recommend Beach Properties to everyone.

Every bedroom has their own bathroom!!!!

We LOVED this property !! All of the bedrooms had their own bathrooms! Plenty of space for our entire family and we absolutely loved the kitchen. You don't have to bring anything with you they have it all! We will definitely keep this property in mind to rent again if were in the area, we HIGHLY recommend to rent this property! You will not be disappointed at all.....

The property was exactly as described the the property management was super responsive. The beach was a quick bike ride away and there was plenty of parking if you needed to drive. All the kids loved their stay!

The house was great. Lots and lots of room. The elevator was absolutely crucial for us as we had three in our party that needed the elevator. Proximity to Folly was good too!

I loved this property it was beautiful. Gorgeous house would love to come back again and stay here with my baby, dog and family. We had my family here, dog and baby and it was an enormous amount of room which was nice. Going to miss this house. Liked the shaded pool great for a baby going in the pool for the first time. Also liked that I could walk or bike to the folly field state park beach it was a beautiful spot to see the sunrise. Basically about 10 minutes from everything on Hilton head.

Sandcastle 90 was a beautiful property I cried after leaving there because it was one of the best vacations I ever had so relaxing and absolutely stunning house. Beach properties were accommodating when we needed them everything was perfection. Highly recommend!

Lots of stairs but really that wasn’t an issue because they had an elevator. Our family had an awesome time ! The pool was perfect for smaller kids which we had. A little more of a walk to the beach than I was expecting but it was doable! The layout was perfect for our family, grandparents were in the master bedroom on one floor , kids and parents on the second floor. Pool on the bottom floor. Beach properties were great at getting back to me!

This was a lovely getaway for my family. Plenty of space for all of us, dog-friendly. If you are booking, recognize that it does not have beach access--but is only 5 mins away from a beach. For us, the pool was a great family alternative!

“We Loved staying here and I can’t begin to tell you how perfect this was for our big family!! We were able to rent bikes and bike easily to the beach but the walk to the beach was not bad either. Great location to everything on the island, minutes away from great restaurants and of course walking distance to several beaches! The house was beautiful and very clean! We enjoyed having all the space and the nice big kitchen to cook in! We would hands down stay here again and hope to make it a yearly trip!”

This was a family vacation, loved that everyone had their own bathroom, my elderly mother was able to come because house had an elevator, I was so very thankful. The home was gorgeous, very homey and comfortable. Everything clean, kitchen had all accommodations needed. Washer and dryer was great, didn't have to go home with suitcase full of dirty clothes. Will definitely stay again.
