25 Wildwood is a stylish 3 bedroom / 2 bath home in the private residential neighborhood of Greenwood Forest. With polished wood floors, area rugs, and fashionable furnishings and fixtures, this home is epitome of Contemporary Coastal Chic.

When you enter the foyer you look directly into the bright, open living room with an inviting corner-shaped sectional sofa, upholstered armchair, and a 50" SMART TV. The far wall has multiple floor-to-ceiling windows and 2 glass doors that open to the spacious shaded deck area. There are patio chairs and tables on the deck, as well as a grill for those fun family barbecues.

The adjacent dining area has a beautiful chandelier and a wood table that seats 6. The dining area flows right into the big open kitchen with modern white cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, and eye-catching tile backsplashes. There is also a high efficiency front loading washer and dryer in the kitchen.

The master bedroom has a King bed, large windows, a 42" SMART TV, and a luxurious private bath with sand-colored marble flooring and a glass-enclosed walk-in shower. There are 2 other guest bedrooms: one has 2 sets of bunk beds and the other has a King bed and 42" SMART TV. There is a shared hall bathroom for the guest rooms with the same beautiful marble flooring and glass-enclosed walk-in shower.

We were there for the RBC Heritage golf tournament. We ran into several PGA golfers and their families that were also staying in Sea Pines. They were all so nice and took selfies with all of our children (even Justin Thomas)! The house was beautiful, neighborhood was beautiful and everyone was very friendly!

We met Caroline the next door neighbor last year and had a chance to visit with her this year. The weather was warm and we enjoyed time at the beach. We reserved the same time next year!

We had a wonderful stay at 25 Wildwood in Sea Pines October 5th-10th. The house was updated, nicely decorated, well appointed and very clean. The beds were some of the most comfortable beds we've ever slept in at a rental. We loved having our dog with us, and she absolutely loved being there and enjoying the beach. This is the 2nd consecutive year we've used Beach Properties of HHI. I have absolutely no complaints, and we are already planning our visit for next year. Thank you for a wonderful vacation.

We had a great trip and would definitely rent the same house again. The house was very clean and in pristine shape. The location was great too with a neighborhood pool around the corner, restaurants/shops nearby, and the beach a short bike ride away.

Wonderful accommodations, very clean and tastefully furnished. Home is equipped with all you need along with a great location. Nice private pool within walking distance, beach just a mile away and close to Harbour Town. We’ll be back.

This property was amazing. The house was decorated so nice. Anything you could possibly need was there. It was over and above what I expected and would definitely stay here again. It was perfect for my family of two small children and our dog. They have games and crayons to keep them busy for the little time your there. It was close to everything in Sea Pines. Our family adores Hilton Head especially Sea Pines, my three children all under the age of six had plenty to do. Swimming at both the neighborhood pool and the gorgeous beach, this is the place to teach the kids how to ride their bikes smooth and flat. We visited Lawton’s horse farm and petted the animals. We took the kids to a mermaid sea adventure. If it should rain there are coloring supplies, puzzles and games at this gorgeous home. Oh and don’t forget putt putt golf followed by DQ ice cream. Our stay was absolutely fantastic.

We had a fabulous stay last summer with our three little boys. The furnishings in the house are HGTV-worthy and the location of the house was great. We were easily able to walk to the pool and playground, and I appreciated the access to the bike trails for my morning run each day. I loved the open and airy kitchen with the large table and sight lines to the living area and back deck. The neighborhood was quiet and the cup de sac location made me feel safe letting the kids play while we loaded the car for a day at the beach.

This was our first trip to HH and your rental service helped us in deciding on a property that worked best for our needs and our family. The neighborhood was wonderful and the house absolutely perfect. The property was amazing. We were impressed that the patio actually had updated furniture, umbrella and a grill was delivered while we were staying there. The patio pictures of the rental on the website previously showed only 4 older plastic chairs and we were pleased to see updated furniture on the patio deck. The house worked perfectly for our family - just the two of us and our pup. We did not use two of the bedrooms but the layout of the house was perfect. It was nice to have the brochures of HH available in the foyer when we arrived. Also the beach towels were a nice touch but we brought ours and it was nice to have that option. Overall it was incredible! Thank you!
