This stylish 4 bedroom, 4 bath Sea Pines golf home is situated on a quiet cul-de-sac in Heritage Woods, known as the heart of Sea Pines for its established neighborhoods and central location to everything Sea Pines! 4 East Garrison Place is nestled among mature azaleas, live oaks and extensive lush privacy landscaping that provides an oasis of tranquility. The home is freshly painted throughout, has new bedding and the bathrooms have new light fixtures.

Upon entering the home, the fully equipped kitchen is immediately to the left, featuring all new stainless appliances, granite counters, new cabinets and offers a breakfast bar with seating for 4. The kitchen opens to the dining room with a large table that seats 8 and the living room beyond. The spacious, inviting living room offers a 60" SMART TV, a comfortable sofa with matching love seat and two chairs, opening into the den/sun room area which has access to the pool area. A half bath is located off the back hall that leads from the sun room to the Master suite featuring a king bed, a 40" TV, pool view and a private bath with two separate sink areas and a large shower.

Located to the left of the living area is a king bedroom with 32" TV, a private bath, double vanity, garden tub and a separate shower. The washer and dryer are located in a closet alcove just outside this bedroom. Two other bedrooms are located to the right of the living area. The first is a queen bedroom with a 25" SMART TV and a private bath with a tub/shower combo. The final bedroom also features a queen bed, a TV and has access to a shared hall bath with a tub/shower combo.

The very private pool and spa area has lounge chairs, rockers and other comfy seating to enjoy this secluded hideaway.

4 E. Garrison was the perfect property for our family of 8 adults. The house was extremely clean and well kept. The bedrooms with adjoining bathrooms was nice for each couple. The location was ideal. Centrally located to everything we wanted and the short walk/bike ride to the beach was fun for all. Management checked in with us a a few times and when special requests were made they were fulfilled within the hour. I’d highly recommend this property.

Beach Properties was extremely helpful throughout the entire rental process. We were treated with pleasant staff, easily assisted in any questions, and quickly remedied a missing allocation of towels. They were very communicative regarding pool treatments, and they went above and beyond to notify that we may want to reconsider heating the pool due to the weather temps were quite high. This not only saved us money, but showed us their honesty and true customer service. Many companies would have just let us show up and realize we didn’t need the pool heated as hot as it was the previous week. We had to depart early due to a family emergency back home, and Beach Properties was very kind/empathetic. I highly recommend them!

This is a wonderful, secluded property with a lovely outdoor area in the back. The walking path is very close and accessible. The house was very clean and the chiminea with a couple of bundles of wood was a nice touch. Would definitely stay here again.

Great place for a family getaway. Our family has stayed here twice and we thoroughly enjoyed it both times! It's convenient to grocery stores, private and the pool is great! Highly recommend bringing or renting bikes and riding to Lawton Stables and Marley's Shrimp and Burger Shack. Also recommend paying to have the pool heated if you go in May. This made for great outdoor temperatures and great pool temperatures. We couldn't ask for a better place!

4 E Garrison is an amazing property. Tastefully decorated and fully stocked, the house feels like a home away from home. The pool is perfect for lounging after the beach, and the hot tub is ideal for relaxing in the evenings. The chimenea and outdoor shower round out the space. I love that it’s set back from the main road, making it private and peaceful. Though not right on the beach, the walk or bike ride to the ocean is easy. Sea Pines is a delight, with well-maintained biking trails throughout the community. We hope to be back again and again!

This was a beautiful property. The accommodations were casual and appropriate for a beach vacations. The walk to the beach was about 10 minutes and very shaded. The bike trail was behind the house so very easy to pick up and bike all over.
