This gorgeous 3 bedroom/3 bathroom villa is a fourth floor, corner villa with great views of the ocean. With designer decorations, large and open living/dining area and a fully-stocked kitchen, guests will enjoy this as their home away from home.

The open living room has a nice sectional sofa, two swivel armchairs, 55"SMART TV and direct ocean views. The main balcony can also be accessed from the living room.
The ocean can also be seen from the dining area, featuring bar height table and chairs that seats six.
The remodeled, completely stocked kitchen has beautiful granite counter-tops, stainless steel appliances and seating for two at the breakfast bar.

There are two Master bedrooms. The first master bedroom features a king bed, 55" SMART TV and private access to the main balcony offering direct views overlooking the pool and ocean. The private master bathroom features a double vanity, walk-in shower and separate soaking tub. The second master bedroom has a king bed, 42" TV with a private bathroom with double vanity and walk-in shower. This bedroom also has a private balcony that overlooks the water gardens, pool and ocean.

The third bedroom has two Queen beds, 40" TV and has a connected bathroom that can also be accessed from the hallway. This bathroom features a double vanity and walk-in shower.

Spacious and comfortable, this villa offers plenty of room for guests to spread out.

This Sea Crest complex is located directly across the street from Coligny Plaza which offers over 60 shops and restaurants. The building amenities are endless… two outdoor oceanfront pools (heated seasonally), a double-sided hot tub, children’s pool, direct fitness center, covered parking, elevators, indoor therapy pool and indoor hot tub. Our condo was absolutely beautiful with breathtaking views!! The location was perfect—walking distance to many shops, restaurants & a grocery store (Piggly Wiggly)!! We really enjoyed being just steps from the beach and two pools! Plus, the starter supplies were so thoughtful. The fully stocked kitchen made it perfect for us to make meals together as a family, which we did on multiple occasions. We made so many special memories on this trip & the condo played a big role in that!! It was clean, beautifully decorated, in a perfect location and allowed us to feel like we were at a home away from home! We’ve already recommended it to many of our friends & we plan to return again soon!

We will always use Beach Properties of Hilton Head when we rent. They are always so helpful from the time you book to the time you check in. They even called me during the week to make sure everything was to our liking. Our unit in Seacrest was clean, beautiful, and had all the accommodations we needed to feel like we were home!

Island is beautiful! Your place is very attractive, clean and well cared for. The only inconvenient issue was the size of the shower in master bedroom #1. It's very small. The view was great. We'll be back!

This property cost a little more than most we reviewed, but the location and amenities were well worth it! Very well appointed unit, spacious, and very nice views of lagoon/ocean. Highly recommend taking advantage of the Xplorie/free amenities-great values (free adult ticket to each event) and everything we tried was easily scheduled and well worth the 15 minute phone call!! Would recommend without hesitation!!

This was our first trip to Hilton Head. We enjoyed it very much. We were surprised at the size of the room and especially liked the separate, private master. Although we were considered oceanview, the view of the beach was wonderful. Being next to Coligny Plaza gave us the opportunity to shop and eat easily. The shops are very unique. We were very pleased with the overall experience of Hilton Head
