2508 Sea Crest is a nicely furnished, oceanfront 5th floor villa. This colorful villa has large ceramic tile throughout and unobstructed ocean views over the beautifully landscaped water gardens.

When entering the villa in the foyer you will find a life-sized illustration of Hilton Head Island on the wall so you can “map out” all of your excursions throughout your stay!

The bright open living room has a nautical theme which is perfect for relaxing; it features a large plush couch which converts to a queen sleeper sofa for extra guests plus three comfortable chairs. There is also a 40 inch flat screen TV with DVD player. From the living area, you can step onto the balcony, enjoy the salt air, and listen to the calming sounds of the fountains beneath you while viewing the ocean!

There is also a fully equipped kitchen which offers everything you will need to cook a full meal any time of day. Adjacent to the kitchen is the dining area which features a dining table for six; in addition, two barstools at the kitchen counter for a quick bite.

Off the main living area, you will find the Master bedroom which has a king sized bed, 26” flat screen TV with DVD player. The attached bathroom has double sinks, a large soaking tub and separate shower. There is a second entrance to this bathroom from the hallway.

The guest bedroom is an art lovers dream! The matching queen beds have very unique headboards with Seurat’s painting of “A Sunday afternoon on the island of La Grande Jatte” this bedroom also offers a 26”flat screen TV with DVD player. There is a private balcony with a small table and chairs. The attached bathroom has double sinks, a large soaking tub and separate shower.

This Sea Crest complex is located directly across the street from Coligny Plaza which offers over 60 shops and restaurants. The building amenities are endless… two outdoor oceanfront pools (heated seasonally), a double-sided hot tub, children’s pool, direct fitness center, covered parking, elevators, indoor therapy pool and indoor hot tub. This the perfect place for your next vacation getaway!

The floor plan is perfect for 2 women traveling together. We each had our own private space which was super nice. The views from the balconies are just wonderful and being the top floor allowed us to see quite a bit of the ocean as well as the pools & ponds on the grounds below. The kitchen was amazingly well-stocked.

Customer Service is the key to any good business and the staff at Beach Properties have this down pat. They were wonderful with answering questions, accommodating a change in the payment process, and extremely friendly and professional. We really appreciated the thorough job the cleaning staff did, AND we really, really appreciated the higher-quality linens and towels that you provide--we have stayed elsewhere on the island where they use cheap, institutional-grade linens and towels. We also appreciated that someone from Beach Properties stopped by on Saturday night to say hello and also called on Sunday to make sure we were OK--that is a step beyond! We will be staying at this property again.

This was a well-equipped and comfortable condo with outstanding and expansive views from both balconies. The beds slept very comfortably. The condo layout affords much privacy for everyone and is designed to be easily separated into secluded, quiet quarters. I couldn't tell from the description if there was an adequate ice maker, but there is one in the freezer and it works well. We would definitely return here.

This was our first stay at Sea Crest and we were not disappointed. Our villa was exactly as I had hoped. Casual beach comfort at its finest! The view from our balcony was spectacular and Sea Crest itself does an excellent job with maintaining their facilities. Conveniently located directly across from Coligny Plaza, only problem was that it was so beautiful out, I never made it over to shop!
