How to Get From Atlanta to Hilton Head Island
Driving from Atlanta to Hilton Head takes a little over four hours. Leaving ATL, you will hop on I-75S and make sure to stay on 75S until you reach Macon, GA. Take exit 165 toward I-16E towards Savannah and continue until you get off at exit 157B to merge onto I-95N. Stay on 95 for about 20 miles and take exit 8 to merge onto US-278E, which will take you right to the island!

When you’re done moving in, we recommend taking a boat tour of the island. See the dolphins, go crabbing, or take a dinner cruise. The water is your oyster.
