Island-Wide Project Updates:
We want you to enjoy every moment of your Hilton Head Island vacation. From time to time, the Town of Hilton Head and local complexes schedule improvement projects, such as road work, or building maintenance that may temporarily impact certain areas of the island.
While these projects are designed to enhance the island for the future, they can occasionally bring construction noise, limited access, or minor inconveniences during your stay.
Current & Upcoming Projects

Building 2 Exterior Staircase Repair
November 2026 - February 2027
• What to Expect:
This project will involve sandblasting and welding, which will generate loud noises during working hours.
Phase 2 of the Paver Project
November 2026 - January 2027
• What to Expect:
The sidewalk area extending from Building 2 to the Health Club will be temporarily closed during construction.

October 2026 - April 2027
• What to Expect:
Construction activity and occasional noise during this time.

Elevator Replacement
January 2027 - March 2027
• What to Expect:
The elevator will be out of service from January 2027 through early March 2027. Guests should plan on using the stairs.

November 1, 2026 - March 2027
• What to Expect:
The elevator will be completely out of service during this time. Guests should plan on using the stairs.
