The 2024 Hilton Head Island Seafood Festival is a week-long celebration of Southern cuisine and spirits that runs from February 19 through February 25. The events of the week take place in various locations throughout the island, including Omni Hilton Head Oceanfront Resort and Shelter Cove Harbour & Marina. The main event, the Seafood Festival, takes place on Saturday, February 23, from 1:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.

With seven different events, there's plenty of fun to be had during the 2024 Hilton Head Island Seafood Festival. The beauty of the festival is that there are events for everyone. Chefs and home cooks alike can pick up useful tips from renowned chefs like James Beard Award Winner Fernando Olea at the Holy, Mole, and Olea event. Serious foodies can tantalize their palates at Alexanders' Home Grown Supper for a five-course meal featuring flavors of the Lowcountry and fantastic wine from Elyse Winery.
Speaking of wine, at the Zero Forks Given event on February 22, you can enjoy seafood dishes prepared by expert chefs paired with delicious wine. Another highlight is the Pig Pickin' and Oyster Roast on February 23, a surf and turf-inspired event that combines two Lowcountry favorites: seafood and barbecue.
However, the most popular event is the Seafood Festival itself. For three and a half hours, attendees can indulge in food and drink from over 100 vendors, enjoy live music, take in cooking demonstrations, and get a chance to meet famous chefs and cookbook authors.
