The Windsor Place & Windsor II Complex is located Oceanfront in the famous Palmetto Dunes Resort. It has two large oceanfront pools and a hot tub as well as a large sundeck, poolside restrooms, showers, and a covered pavilion with a grilling area. One pool is great for children with a graduated entry and mushroom-shaped waterfall (the opposite end of the pool is 4' 6"). Windsor also has elevator access and a covered parking garage. This complex has privately owned villas located oceanfront with great views of the ocean, pool or lagoon from any floor.
***This complex will be undergoing a painting and window/door replacement project 10/1/2024 - 3/15/2025. Construction noise and view obstruction may occur even when the work is not in the immediate vicinity. This will be completed in sections so all units will not be directly affected at the same time. The HOA/Regime does not have exact dates for the installations. The pool and all of the building amenities will be operational.***
