The large living space offers additional sleeping with a queen sleeper sofa and 65" SMART TV. A full size washer and dryer is also included for your convenience and an adorable child’s nook is located under the stairs.

The second level features a gorgeous, fully stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances. The kitchen island offers an oversized counter with seating for 4. Off of the kitchen is a breakfast area with seating for 4 and the formal dining room which offers seating for 8. Another comfortable living space includes a 50" SMART TV, another queen sleeper sofa, and 2 large club chairs. The hall bath includes a walk-in shower conveniently located near the guest bedroom that has two twin beds and 32" SMART TV. Also on the second level is another king master suite with 50" SMART TV and full bath en-suite offering a walk-in shower. All showers in the home are equipped with mp3 music players.

Off of the living space is a large screened-in patio offering a slight ocean view and ceiling fan and comfortable padded furniture. We had a wonderful week at Hilton Head Island! Beach Properties was phenomenal from start to finish. They offered a complimentary concierge service which was very helpful. 5 Dogwood Lane was the perfect spot for our family vacation. Very well equipped and steps from the beach.

The open space is terrific and the kitchen is well equipped, with excellent appliances. We are a multigenerational group and there was enough space for everyone. Proximity to the beach was key and the pool was wonderful. This was a first-rate experience. We will be back!

Everyone had a great time with the accommodations at 5 Dogwood. The property was clean and neat. The rental management was extremely helpful and called us on a couple of occasions to make sure everything was fine. The property itself was well-maintained and as described. We loved the closeness to the beach. The pool was enjoyed immensely, and the very comfortable beds. It was very helpful to have the beach towels included in the stay. We would definitely consider this property again if we had the same number of people. I would highly recommend Beach Properties. They were very accommodating it easy to deal with

We had an amazing stay at 5 Dogwood Lane! I would have loved to have rated this house 5 stars, but we had a few issues during our stay that required property management and service people to be coming and going during several days of our stay with one issue still unresolved upon our departure. Hopefully the dryer will be working properly for the next guests!The location of the property is perfect! Very short walk to beach, and close proximity to Sea Pines and Coligny Beach. We had three families staying in the house and all had plenty of room. The ocean view from the upstairs screened in porch was also a nice surprise! The pool is beautiful, and we spent many evenings sitting in the gazebo Will the kids played in the pool. We would definitely stay in this house again.

This house had everything we needed. It was well appointed, perfectly laid out, and had great spaces for our family, friends, and kids. The home had multiple outdoor spaces to enjoy and when the weather turned bad, the common spaces checked all boxes for TV watchers, book readers, and board gamers in the group. The beach access was incredibly convenient - maybe a five-minute walk - and easy access to the rest of HHI. Beach Properties were incredible hosts both for pre-arrival and during our stay. They quickly responded to any inquiry and addressed questions and concerns professionally. They also maintained a constant line of communication as Ian made its way toward HHI - providing guidance and offering assistance if needed. This is a house we will be looking at for future HHI visits. But if this home is unavailable, we will look at other homes managed by Beach Properties. They were really top-notch.

We had a great time at the 5 Dogwood Lane location of Beach Properties of Hilton Head. We only had a natural path to the beach where we went on a regular basis. The pool was a big hit with the kids. Just the right size for all. We took full advantage of the grill and gazebo. You don't find gazebos much on beach front property rentals. We are definitely going back!

This property was great. House was clean and nicely updated. We had 4 families, all with children under 2, and it worked for us. Pros: Each of the families had their own bathroom to use. Pool and outdoor entertaining area is on the opposite side of the house from bedrooms, making it great for not disturbing little ones napping/sleeping while enjoying the great space. Beach is a 2 minute walk away. When heated, pool was very warm. Would definitely visit this property again!
