The combination of classic and coastal décor accents this new custom built and designed Harbour Town gem. This house overlooks number 11 at Heron Point with a million dollar, four hundred yard view to the green of this dog leg par five.

This home has three distinct levels, five bedrooms, four and a half baths and sleeps up to 14. There are two king master suites on the first level with three more bedrooms on the third level .

The second level is a large game room with a Brunswick slate pool table, 75” SMART TV and a bar that seats five. A large full sleeper sectional accents the room. A sliding barn door separates this room from the rest of the house, or opens up this social setting just six steps from the great room and main living area.

Upon entering this home the stunning view takes you through the great room and first covered porch. 10 and 11 foot ceilings accent this open floor plan which flows into the kitchen and dining area.

The great room features elegant designs, coastal décor and colors, u shaped seating for eight, and a newly added bar with seating for three to enjoy the 75” SMART TV above the fireplace .

The kitchen features a large quartz island with seating for six and flows into the dining area that seats eight with state of the art appliances.

One of the unique architectural features are three retractable glass doors opening off the great room and dining room. These doors open to two large covered porches, one with seating for four in a casual setting with a 38” ventilated grill, refrigerator, and granite countertops flanking both sides of the grill for endless entertaining possibilities. The other with a large rectangular slate table and dining for eight. A 75” outdoor SMART TV is visible from both patios and the pool to make weekend afternoons and evenings a sports fest while enjoying all this magnificent home has to offer. The patio also features an outdoor bathroom so the kids never need to enter the house.

With these features and a private baby grand shaped pool you may never make it to the beach. The pool offers a gas heater which is available for a fee in the off season to keep the water in the 80’s all year around.

A circular paver area down by the golf course with four Adirondack chairs make this house complete for late night gatherings.

Less than a half mile walk to the Harbour Town Lighthouse and amenities, but on an incredibly quaint and quiet street makes 28 Stoney Creek the perfect destination to create an abundance of family memories year after year.

What an amazing extraordinary treat arriving in a 7-star living space for two weeks is! It was truly a privilege and an honor to live in this beautiful jewel of a home with all of its “wanting-for-nothing” amenities. I and my family have been regular guests at Hilton head for 40 years. We have stayed at a vast number of properties during that period.28 Stoney Creek rates at the top of my list for cleanliness, view and location. The home is nicely appointed with up to date furnishings.I am considering renting again in the very near future.Beach properties is very accommodating if any problems are encountered.In fact the whole process with their management of the renting and maintenance of the property is seamless.

The early morning bike ride and the ability to accommodate the entire family in the common spaces of the home made it possible for us to have invaluable time together to enjoy each other’s company. It was like being at home without all of the associated responsibilities. One of the best weeks that we have spent in Sea Pines over the last three or four decades of visiting Hilton Head. The property was perfect for a week of intermittent rain where our family sent valuable time together in the comfort of the home with its golf course views and its close proximity (walking) to Harbor Town. We definitely would highly consider returning to this property as a priority or others with similar amenities if it is unavailable in the late summer or fall of next year.

Beautiful house on the 11th hole of Heron Point Golf Course. Walk to a few restaurants, 10 minute bike to the beach, 1/2 mile from Harbour Town. Everything was clean, beds were comfortable and the wifi was fast!

We are long time island residents and live on the north end of the island. Our oldest daughter got married at the Liberty Oak Tree with the reception in the ballroom at the Harbour Town Clubhouse on May 14, 2022...and the rehearsal dinner was at the Harbour Town Yacht Club. We decided to rent a house in Sea Pines to be close to all of the locations and to be stress free. We had a wonderful time being with our girls before the big day. I would like to say thank you for the bright light decor! Also, its a fantastic entertaining house! It has everything one needs to entertain. We had a catered day after wedding brunch at the house and were able to transfer most everything into lovely serving bowls and platters. This made me so happy as I didn't have to go back home and bring any of my serving things. The groom and his groomsmen loved the pool table! Thank you for the staycation during our amazing wedding week!

This Stoney Creek home is incredible! Located in beautiful Sea Pines on the gulf course with all the amenities needed for the perfect vacation. It’s a short walk to Harbor Town and the bikes that come with the home make it easy to bike around the whole community. The layout of the house is great for a big family. The outdoor space is awesome. We enjoyed the pool and fire pit every night. We made wonderful memories this week! Thank you Stoney Creek!

An amazing home in every way. The view of the golf course is fantastic. The loft room was great for playing and watching football. Beds were comfortable. Bathrooms were excellent.
