Charleston to Hilton Head: How to Get There
Distance: 98.4 miles via US-17 S | Time in Car: Roughly 2 hours Traveling from Charleston to Hilton Head is quite simple. Just hop on US-17 S, and follow this route to SC-170 W and then take US-278 E in Okatie to Hilton Head. On the way there, you will pass through Beaufort and Bluffton. Take in the beautiful scenery of ancient oak trees with Spanish moss swaying in the wind.
