Located in one of the most beautiful settings in Sea Pines with Cape Cod-style duplex homes and gorgeous water views, 15 Lands End is a beautifully updated home with 3 bedrooms, 3 baths and bedding for 6 guests. The location is directly on the Calibogue Sound with gorgeous views and easily navigated boardwalks to the beach, as well as a short walk to the exclusive pool for Lands End guests and South Beach Marina Village shops, restaurants and activities.

To the left of the entrance is the first bedroom that has a king size bed, a large closet and a mounted 43” TV. The ensuite bath has a single vanity with granite top and a walk-in shower with bench seat.

This home has beautiful dark hardwood floors throughout the main living area and gorgeous views of the Sound. It is tastefully decorated in coastal décor and beach accents. The living room has two blue sofas and two accent chairs, a checkerboard table, lots of games and puzzles on the cabinet and a mounted 65” Samsung TV over the fireplace. A great place for your family to sit and relax after a long day out in the sun.

The fully equipped kitchen has granite countertops and stainless steel appliances including a flat top stove. There are three bar stools at the kitchen island for family to sit and watch the chef prepare their favorite meal. The adjoining dining room as a table that seats six. From the dining room you have access to the screened-in porch which is perfect for outdoor dining and has a wicker patio set including a sofa and three chairs. Outside there is a lovely sun deck where there is bench seating, an umbrella table that seats six, two rocking chairs and a Weber gas grill. There are an additional two white rocking chairs out on the front porch where you could sit and enjoy your morning coffee.

Going to the second floor, at the top of the stairs, is the full size washer and dryer. To the right is a bedroom with a king size bed, accent chair and 43” mounted TV. You have views of the Sound from this room. The private bath has a single vanity and walk-in shower with glass doors. To the left of the stairs is the final bedroom which has a twin bunkbed with trundle and a 43” TV. It also has a private bath with a single vanity and walk-in shower.

It was our grandson's first trip to the beach. It was so nice to stay close to the water and to be sound side where the waves are not so big and where so much wildlife are. We loved seeing dolphins and deer every morning. A huge hit!

Our family of five convened here for Thanksgiving, joining my siblings and their families who rented nearby. Loved the beach access, walkable or a short bike ride to rentals of my siblings as well as the pickleball courts where we spent a couple hours each day with round robin tournaments! Dolphins galore on our beach walks. Gorgeous sunsets! Location can’t be beat. Beds were comfy and linens are nice. Definitely recommend and would stay again!

This was our second stay at this unit. The location of this unit is wonderful. We love being able to walk right out to the beach and we love being able to enjoy the view right from the unit as well. We really enjoy using the screened porch to be in the shade in the heat of the day and at night when it gets buggy.

The view was beautiful and the proximity to the beach was unbeatable! We opted to get take out for dinner two of our three nights so that we could enjoy the view and be sure not to miss the early sunset this time of year. The living spaces were very comfortable and allowed a wonderful view of the sound from all areas of the open concept kitchen/living/dining space. We read and visited on the deck, walked and rode bikes on the beach, rode bikes around Sea Pines, and walked to The Salty Dog for ice cream each night after the sunset! Our teenage daughter loved being able to head out to the beach on her own for a bit since it was so close to the unit. It was a great visit and we hope to return again. We love the South Beach area of Sea Pines and Lands End is our new favorite spot!

Most well-appointed place we’ve ever stayed in Sea Pines! Easy check in and check out, set up great for families with kids. From here you get a perfect view of the sunset over the Sound. Excellent water view.
