Plenty of parking as you drive down the long driveway to this spacious, open and inviting Sea Pines ocean-oriented home!

As you enter the homes foyer, the vaulted ceilings and sky lights allow for plenty of light and warmth! To the immediate right is the master suite/bath which has 2 walls of windows, again, that allow for plenty of sunshine but have darkening shades for a great night’s sleep after your days of fun in the sun!

To the left of the foyer is another guest room with one queen bed and one twin over twin bunk bed and TV.

As you make your way into the home, are 2 living areas that have plenty of seating to relax and unwind. Off of these living areas are one of two screened in porches, again, with plenty of casual furniture that overlook the pool and golf course. Perfect escape for an afternoon of reading and downtime. There is also a half bath off of the living areas.

18 Woodbine offers two large dining areas featuring a rectangle table that seats 8 and another round dining table that seats an additional 6 guests. This is connected to a professional grade kitchen including all new stainless steel appliances, 4 bar stools at the island and an awesome gas range. There is access from this room to the spacious garage which has an extra refrigerator. Also located off the kitchen is one of two screened porches that offers a large outdoor dining table with seating for 10 and leads out to the back deck!

As you head up the stairwell to the 2nd floor, at the top there is a balcony-like hallway that you can see the downstairs living area.
To the left you have a private guest room with a queen bed. new carpeting, TV and private bathroom with shower.

To the right you will find two more guest rooms each with their own private bathroom. One room features two full beds and the other offers a king bed. Both rooms have SMART TV's and new carpeting.

The most beautiful view is from the back of the house out to the pool and the lush 13th fairway of the Atlantic Dunes Course that is nothing short of breath-taking! It is the most picturesque and stunning view that you will end up spending most of your time on the screened in porches, decks and pool!

Everyone I spoke to at Beach Properties was super helpful! We loved the house at 18 Woodbine but have not yet decided where we will be next fall. Our stay there was perfect! We were busy biked riding (we rented), golfing, dining, listening to music at the jazz corner and being with friends. About 40 people from our hometown were in Hilton Head and we saw each other frequently.

We were very pleased with 18 Woodbine. It was comfortable, spacious and had all we needed for a perfect stay. Great location for those able to take a short bike ride to the beach. Quiet street and a close ride by bike or car to South Beach and Harbourtown. Wonderful outdoor furnishings around pool. All in our group highly recommend this beautiful home.

We absolutely loved this property! Kitchen was well equipped with beautiful appliances. Comfortable and spacious bedrooms and bathrooms. Plenty of living space for everyone to spread out. Furnishings are new and in great condition.

We enjoyed reading about the history of the home. There were quite a few ants by the pool deck but otherwise it was lovely! We’ve been coming to Hilton head for decades and this was one of our favorite houses! All of the sitting areas, the great golf course view, short walk to the beach, the décor was beautiful!

Heated pool was perfect with fence that made us feel safe after we saw 13 foot alligator (which was cool to see)! Kitchen and bathrooms ideal, very comfortable beds, lots of places to dine and rest. Newly remodeled and gorgeous. Property manager checked in and we had a concierge named Justin who made reservations and suggestions that made the stay perfect! We would do this trip again for sure!!!!

Beautiful comfortable home. The following comments are a few thing that could be improved. The kitchen trash drawers were a bit dirty from previous guests. Suggest housekeepers wipeout between guests. The coffee maker needs updating. The coffee was not hot enough. The rug by kitchen door was badly stained. The living room tv was quite small for such a large room. We did have a lovely stay and enjoyed the bike paths daily.

This home was absolutely amazing for our family of 8. Everyone had their own bedroom and bath. The kids loved cozying up on the blue bean bag chairs. The home was spotless upon check in and well stocked with plush towels and bedding. Plenty of seating options as we dined at the large family table, played cards at the round table, and could all enjoy comfy seats in the family room. The ice machine was an added bonus as was the extra refrigerator in the garage. We cooked and enjoyed meals in the well supplied kitchen just like we would at home. Labels made finding light switches and dishes very easy. Towel bars for hanging were plentiful in the bathrooms and the closet space with luggage racks were helpful too. The double washer/dryer was a momma’s dream! There was a Dyson for us to quickly clean up the crumbs after meals and even a blower to blow off the porches and driveway so that we did not track in leaves throughout our stay. We loved watching the golfers and deer out the back windows. Rain and cold temps prevented us from using the porches and pool but we would absolutely rent this home again. By far this is the best rental we have stayed in at Sea Pines/Hilton Head.

18 Woodbine is a beautiful home, and we enjoyed our stay. It was well stocked with plenty of dishes, linens, towels, etc. The home is comfortable and very roomy. We did have a slight problem with the swimming pool becoming cloudy on our first day there. It did take quite a few days to bring it to normal, but I realize that is not the fault of the home or Beach Properties of HH. I assume it is the responsibility of the pool maintenance company, and they did try to resolve it. However, we did lose 3 days of swimming since the pool had to be 'shock chlorinated' 2 or 3 days in a row and we were advised not to use the pool. That was disappointing, because we paid to heat the pool for 10 days. However, as I mentioned above, I don't fault the home or the vacation rental company for this issue.

Wonderful experience for our family of 11. Beautifully decorated and very well furnished with everything we needed. The double laundry was a big bonus. Love this property! We've never had a bad experience with Beach Properties.

We have been coming to HHI for our annual golf trip for several years, and have used Jaclyn DiMuzio as our coordinator! Jaclyn is so easy to work with: She is professional, knowledgeable, accommodating, and extremely prompt in getting back to us for any issues or questions that might arise. In fact, several of my family members have Jaclyn as their coordinator. Very satisfied with our vacation experiences and properties this year and in the past!! Jaclyn is an outstanding asset to Beach Properties.

We thoroughly enjoyed this wonderful home. It has everything you would want for a vacation with your family. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen is well stocked, and the location (although not super beach convenient) is lovely and quiet with a canal in front of the house and the 13th hole behind. The pool is a perfect size for refreshing after a long day and with a spa for relaxing. It also has great gathering areas and we particularly enjoyed the large table on the side porch. We hope to stay again!
