This beautiful 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom vacation villa is located in the Palmetto Dunes community on Hilton Head Island. 2318 Windsor II provides ocean views from the main living area, guest bedroom and master bedroom. The extended balcony is a great place to enjoy a meal or relax after a day at the beach.

The spacious main living area has two couches, two chairs, a large flat screen TV and plenty of windows where guest can view the ocean. A slider provides access to the extended balcony with an outdoor dining table with seating for 8. There are hard wood floor throughout this living space and the fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen has granite counters and stainless appliances. The open floor plan and breakfast bar, with seating for three, allows meal preparation while still being able to converse with the rest of the family. The adjacent dining area seats 8.

The first bedroom is located off of the living room with a King Tempur-Pedic mattress, flat screen TV, and a private bathroom with a shower only. The remaining three bedrooms are located down the hall from the kitchen. The second bedroom has a king bed, TV, DVD, a slider to the balcony with an ocean view, and a private bathroom with a jetted tub/shower combination.t The third bedroom has two twin beds, TV, DVD, and a private bathroom with a jetted tub/shower combo. The fourth bedroom is the master with a new king mattress, flat screen TV, DVD, slider to balcony with a view of the Atlantic ocean and a private bathroom.

The Windsor II has two large oceanfront pools and hot tub as well as a large sundeck, poolside restrooms, showers and covered pavilion with gas grilling area. One pool is great for children with a graduated entry and mushroom shaped waterfall (opposite end of pool is 4' 6"). Windsor II also has elevator access and covered parking garage. 2318 Windsor II is the place to relax and rejuvenate!
