As soon as you pull into the driveway you will be so happy you selected this wonderful home! The pool area is so inviting, well-appointed with a variety of loungers, front-gate-style furniture and a table/umbrella that seats 4 all set in a lush green landscaped setting, with a pavered-decking.

As you enter the home to the right is a hallway where the master suite and 2 guest bedrooms are located. All bathrooms have been updated and are gorgeous. The master suite has an over-sized walk-in shower that is beautiful! Off this bedroom you have access out to the deck, which has a table and 2 chairs for your enjoyment.

The open floor plan lends itself to socializing, relaxing and breathtaking views out to the golf course from the wall of windows in the living area. The wooden bar that is in between the kitchen and living area is a striking piece and is a very functional piece as well. It can seat 5 with the bar stools. There is also a stunning, over-sized quartz island in the middle of the kitchen that seats 4. The kitchen is updated, completed with a sky light to bring in the natural sunlight, all stainless appliances and even includes 2 wine coolers, one for red and one for white, with their own temp settings. Convinced yet? You need to book this home for your next family or friend gathering, guaranteed fun times! The deck that runs the length of the home has a gas grill, plenty of seating, tables and killer views up close to the greens.

At the very end of the kitchen is a den/office/5th bedroom that can be closed off with the pocket door. The perfect space to get some office work done while away from home or for a child to have some privacy while tending to virtual/home schooling needs. There is also a full bath with a shower only off of the hallway that can be used with this bedroom area. Off of the kitchen is a queen bedroom that also has access and views to the back deck.

This is a beautiful home that is a nice bike ride to the beach, walking distance to Harbour Town or, better yet, you may never want to leave the home as it is a true gem tucked away in Sea Pines in the midst of beautiful oaks, Spanish Moss and spectacular greens views.

We used Beach Properties for the first time this year - we have been coming to Hilton Head every year for the past 20 years and this was the first time a property management company called us to see if everything was OK. That's very impressive service. The house we rented at 26 Twin Pines was awesome. It had everything we needed including beach chairs, a beach cart, and umbrellas. It was spotless when we arrived and Beach Properties left beach towels for us as well as a water bottle to keep. They even provided four rental bikes to use. We plan to rent from them again the next time we come down! We loved this house.

I really loved this vacation home. It was such a quiet neighborhood. The pool was amazing and my kids loved using it during spring break. The house is beautiful and so big. The house is so accommodating to families with little one. The master bath is so beautiful! The house was very clean. The beach towel provided was such a nice touch.

This house was amazing. Great location. About a 7 min bike ride to Harbor Town, 5 min bike to the horses, and 12 min ride to the beach. We have an 8th month old and she loved the pool. The pool area is nice with many chairs and lounge spaces. If you are a golfer you will love this house. It sits a 2 min walk to the 8th green on Heron Point. Every night we chipped and putted on the green. Also you can walk 4 holes and it brings you right back to the house. Each bedroom has a very nice updated bath except for one which was no big deal. Double King beds which was also a perk! Big kitchen with all the top appliances and best part was it had the little things; zip lock baggies, blender, two coffee makers, and wine cooler. Master is roomy and the shower is huge. I would definitely recommend this place. Only negative thing was when we 1st got there the water was still shut off, however the property management was right on it and had two plumbers out there within the hour. I would 100% stay at this house again.

This property was amazing. My family and I have never been to Hilton Head, but this quickly became our new favorite spot to vacation. This house had a variety of bedrooms to chose from, and my kids even slept in different bedrooms each night. We rented bikes and were able to get to The Shops at Sea Pines for dinner, groceries, and a convenience store. Harbor Town Lighthouse was also a favorite, and only a 10 minute bike ride away. Our children, ages 12 and 9, loved the pool right outside the front door. They also loved being able to watch the golfers tee off in the backyard. I would highly recommend this property to any family wishing to travel to Hilton Head Island. We can't wait to return next year!

This was our first time on HHI and this house was a fantastic choice, The large open floor plan and spacious bedrooms were beautifully decorated. The kitchen was well equipped, each bedroom had it’s own bathroom and tv and the beds were very comfortable. The decks were a great place for morning coffee. The pool had a waterfall that was a big hit with the kids as were the many pool floaties. We rented bikes and road to the beach and Harbor Town for some beautiful sunsets. Our check in was easy and the property management did an awesome job. The house was clean and well maintained. And the beaches were incredible!!!! Our family had a great week and can’t wait to return.
