3 Laurel Lane is a fabulous, updated vacation home located in the popular South Forest Beach area on Hilton Head Island. This 4th row, 6 bedroom, 5.5 bath home is conveniently located near the beach path so you are just steps to the Atlantic Ocean! Many updates: new LVP flooring and paint throughout the house, renovated gourmet kitchen and primary bath on main floor, new mattresses, new furniture, new washer and dryer and new deck with a fenced in yard.

Take the steps up to the Charleston style porch that extends the length of the house. It has ceiling fans to keep you cool, while lounging on new sectional couch, or enjoying the 2 rocking chairs and a round table. You enter the home into a bright foyer with a high ceiling and beautiful new light hardwood floors. On the right is the first of two living areas which features a wall-mounted 65 inch Smart TV, a decorative fireplace and 2 couches, including a queen sleeper sofa. This open living area is adjacent to the formal dining room that features a large table with seating for 10 and a beautiful, beaded chandelier.

Immediately off the dining room is the large, newly renovated kitchen with all new stainless-steel appliances, quartz counters, flat top stove, and an island with 3 counter height stools. Next to the open kitchen area is another dining area with a large beverage center, built-in desk and a table that seats 8. The second living area is located just off this small dining area and features a new comfortable sectional sofa and swivel chair for additional seating, as well as a wall-mounted 65 inch Smart TV. This is the perfect gathering area for large families and friends. There is a sliding glass door from this living area that opens to a new deck with a Nexgrill gas grill and a new outdoor table that seats 8. Steps down from the balcony will take you to the spa/pool area with a covered patio, outdoor shower, and a steppingstone path to the beach walk. Under the covered patio there is an

L-shaped couch, table and 2 chairs. There are 5 lounge chairs and 4 Adirondack chairs by the pool. Pool and spa could be heated for an additional fee.

The Palmetto bedroom is also located on the first floor to the left of the entrance. This is the primary bedroom with a king size bed, accent chair, and a 45 inch Smart TV. . There are sliding glass doors that lead to the outside deck. The en-suite bath has been fully renovated with gorgeous marble floors, a double vanity and walk-in shower. Additionally, the half bath is located on the first floor.

There are two primary bedrooms upstairs, the Nantucket Room and the Zen Room, both with king size beds, en-suite baths with walk-in showers and flat screen TVs. The next bedroom, the Mirabella Room, has a king size bed with a private hall bath and access to the second level balcony. The additional two bedrooms, the Lighthouse Room, and the Sandpiper Room, each have one twin bed over full bunks and share a full bath located just outside their doors. The bathroom has a single vanity and tub/shower combo. There is access to an outdoor deck with a table and 4 chairs from both of these rooms.

New mattresses in 2022, with all bedrooms having new Martha Stewart bedding. The new stackable front-loading washer and dryer are also located on the second floor. You will find an ample parking area and two large garages. On one side of the garage, you will find a ping pong table and refrigerator. There is also a Tiki style bar with 4 stools for a truly tropical oasis.

Plenty of room. Loved the ping pong table, basketball goal, proximity to the beach. Hot tub was good and HOT! Water pressure was a bit weak sometimes.

Property is wonderful. Our 6th year staying here. Many nice improvements! Only recommendation would be a gate at the top of the stairs on the deck leading down to the pool.

We rented a large house at 3 Laurel Lane in Hilton Head. The house was very clean upon arrival and very well equipped for our multi-generational family. I was very impressed that Beach Properties called a few hours after we arrived to make sure everything was in good shape, and to see if we had any questions. They also called again the day before check out to make sure everything had gone well during the week and to ask if there was anything wrong with the house that they needed to address. The house was in close proximity to the beach and they even provided beach towels and a beach bag for us to use. I was also very impressed that they had someone come and clean the pool twice during the week to ensure the chlorine was at its proper levels. We would definitely stay at a Beach Properties-managed home in the future and highly recommend them.

Wonderful house that had everything we needed for a perfect family vacation. The beach was a short walk away. Great golf, tennis, bikes, ping pong, and hot tub! The beds were comfy. The kitchen was awesome and we loved having two sitting area with big TVs. We definitely will be back. Thank you!

3 Laurel Lane is a beautiful modern home. Five minute walk to the beach. Plenty of common space and private space too. Recommend you heat the pool if you intend to use it. Yard is shady. Comfortable seating and plenty of it, good beds. Two refrigerators and working grill. We had 15 for the week and had plenty of space. Some beach toys and boogie boards in lower level as well as ping pong. Would rent here again.

Our family had a wonderful stay. The house was clean, and in a great location. Plenty of supplies to last us. The pool and hot tub were fun for the kids and adults. The property management was amazing, very helpful and fast to respond. We will stay here again!

The house was fantastic. Great location, plenty of room and a great heated pool. Private path to the beach was great and was less than a 5 min walk. Everything you will need and the game room is a huge plus for kids. The home is updated and the rooms and bathrooms were spacious and clean. Close to a lot and right at the entry to Sea Pines. Great place and plan to stay there again.

Highly recommend this beautiful vacation property! Remodeled fabulous kitchen had everything we needed and more. Bedrooms were all roomy with very comfortable beds, walk-in closets and wonderful attached bathrooms. The location was perfect! We could walk or bike to Coligny plaza and Sea Pines and many fun restaurants with live music! The pool and hot tub were great as well as the game room. The path to the beach was so easily accessible that we could come and go often throughout the day. Will definitely go back to this first class, clean, remodeled, spacious vacation home!!

We had so much fun at this property! The pool was awesome. Bedrooms with bathrooms attached and so close to the beach! They also had all the things needed to cart chairs and umbrellas to the beach. Would recommend for sure!

The house is perfectly located steps from the beach and close to restaurants and shopping. House was very comfortable for our group of 11. Plenty of room. Everyone was very impressed. Pool and hot tub were great. Kitchen has everything you need. Communications were very efficient. I highly recommend this house. We had an amazing stay in Hilton Head. Thanks again.

Great location and great home for the week. The beach path access was accessible and convenient. The beach was the perfect balance of people to space. Coligny Beach Plaza was just a short bike trip or quick ride in the car. The pool and spa were a great way to relax during high tide or when the family wanted a low-key day. Having a second fridge in the garage was great for pool and beach days. We also were able to keep ice bags in the freezer section of the garage.

This was our 4th summer staying at this property. There were some really great upgrades to house since last year. All the appliances are new. There are new furnishings. This a wonderful place place to get together with our children and grandchildren. It is an easy and short walk to the beach. The beach near this house is not crowded at all.
