This incredible home has unparalleled views all the way down to the beach, a private infinity edge plunge pool, adjacent beach boardwalk, and two separate living areas that open to outdoor living. The home is furnished by a well-known design firm and features stone tile throughout, a neutral palette with modern rustic décor and exposed beam ceilings on the 1st and 4th floors. With no expense spared we are sure this will be your ‘go to’ place for family vacations for years to come.

The first floor offers an open concept kitchen, dining and living space. The living room features a large sofa and 2 swivel chairs, a 65” Sony TV mounted over the fireplace, and Sonos surround system. The gourmet kitchen offers an oversized island with seating for 7, marble counter tops, stainless steel appliances, wine cooler, Zline Professional 8-burner gas range with custom hood, and dishwasher. The dining area seats 14 and leads out to the outdoor seating area. This is a covered balcony with ceiling fans, infinity edge pool, Weber gas grill, 4 wicker chairs and 2 lounge chairs. Bedroom 1 is just off the living area at the front of the house and features a king bed, TV and a private bath with a single vanity and large walk-in shower. A ½ bath is found on this floor behind the sliding barn door.

The next level has 4 bedrooms. The 1st bedroom has a king bed, twin bunk beds, small desk and a TV. You will love the views of the marshes and ocean beyond. There is access to a Juliet balcony. The large private bath has two separate vanities, a soaking tub and a walk-in shower. There is a separate half bath with the toilet and vanity. Bedroom 3 has a king bed and TV and shares a bathroom with bedroom 4 which has two sets of twin bunk beds and a TV. The shared bathroom has two separate sinks and a walk-in shower. Bedroom 5 has a king bed, TV and a private bath with double vanity and walk-in shower. The first of two laundry rooms are also on this floor complete with Samsung front loading washer and dryer.

The 3rd floor has 3 more bedrooms. The first room is identical to the oversized bedroom on the floor below with a king bed plus a twin bunk bed, small desk, and a TV. You will enjoy the gorgeous ocean views from this room. The private bath has two separate sinks, a soaker tub and a walk-in shower. Bedrooms 7 and 8 each have king beds and private baths, both with double vanity and walk-in showers. There is access to another covered balcony with ceiling fans. There are two chairs and a table for you to sit and enjoy the outdoor living. A second laundry room is on this level complete with sink and Samsung front loading washer and dryer.
The 4th floor has a second kitchen and living area complete with a large sofa and two comfy chairs, 2 pub style tables each seating 4 and a full entertainment bar with refrigerator, dishwasher, and seating for 6. The views from this room are the best in the house! The 9th bedroom is on this level and has a king bed and TV. The en-suite bath is shared with the hallway and has a double vanity and large walk-in shower.

Unbelievable. The house exceeded expectations and it looked even more incredible in person. The check in/checkout process was seamless. I was able to call beach properties if there were any questions and they were very helpful. The house was tucked away where we had privacy but still easy access to the beach. Everything we needed for a great time was included with the house. Thank you for a great time.

The house was wonderful, the bedrooms were very comfortable, the kitchens and living areas were comfortable, the seating for dinner was great, the 5th floor game area was perfect for evening gatherings and the balcony was very enjoyable. It was a perfect setting for our family and friends and everyone remarked on how perfect the house was for our stay. The 4 bikes were a very nice touch.
