This adorable one story home is in a quiet, pretty neighborhood. Minutes to Harbour Town and a half mile to the beach!

As you enter this home you will first notice the beautiful hard wood flooring throughout and the open floor plan which is great for family gatherings and game or movie nights! The living room has a sofa, love seat, two cushioned rocking chairs, an accent chair and a 55” Samsung TV mounted on the wall. The doors lead to a spacious screened in porch overlooking the back yard and pool area. All of this backs up to wooded acreage providing additional backyard privacy.

Back inside you will find plenty of seating between the kitchen and dining rooms with 3 seats at the kitchen island and 8 chairs at the dining room table. There is also a beautiful dark wood desk with two ladder style book shelves. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances, a gas stove and two ovens. Off the kitchen is the laundry room equipped with a front loading washer and dryer.

To the right of the living room is the master bedroom with a king bed, 50” Samsung TV and en-suite bath with a large single vanity, walk-in shower and large walk-in closet. There are sliding glass doors that lead out to the pool patio. The guest room has a queen bed, accent chair, 32” wall mounted TV and large closet. The shared guest bathroom has a single vanity and tub/shower combo. The second guest room has two twin beds and a 32” mounted TV.

Stayed at 32 Old Military and was a great place for our family. Good location between South Beach and Harbour Town and not too far from the ocean. 5 stars to Beach Properties for making it easy.

Our family Loved the quiet location and the private setting of the backyard and pool. Screened in porch kept the bugs away when not in pool. Garage was full of bikes, beach gear and pool floats, we didn't get to use it cause we rented all our gear. Would love to come back and stay there again.

We stayed at 32 Old Military for a week in July 22. It was a wonderful property, very well equipped and maintained. Great location close to the beach and easy bike ride to Harbor Town or South Beach. We truly enjoyed this property!

Love the newly renovated second bathroom and the screened in Carolina Porch---perfect for summer evenings relaxing over a long dinner.

The house is on a quiet street in Sea Pines, with a lovely private outdoor area. Seems as though the furnishings were just upgraded and everything was lovely. We would come back!
