Among the finest oceanfront accommodations in Palmetto Dunes Resort, 3408 Windsor is a stunningly remodeled villa offering expansive oceanfront views and inviting comfortable furnishings. The villa is situated along the Atlantic beaches and is surrounded by lushly landscaped gardens, lagoons, fountains, and native trees. As you enter into the villa you will be greeted by an open floor plan that has been completely renovated in January 2019.  The renovations include new flooring and high hat lighting throughout the entire villa. There are also upgraded electrical outlets with built in USB charging ports throughout the kitchen for added convenience. A brand new whole-house water softening system ensures sparkling and clean water for each guest.   

The renovated kitchen features granite countertops, all new stainless steel appliances, Keurig coffee maker, new cabinetry and a tiled backsplash. The kitchen includes everything guests need to cook meals for their party, while overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. Just off the kitchen, you'll find a breakfast table with seating for 4 and an additional 4 barstools at the kitchen bar. The main dining area is located by the entrance and features seating for 6. The wet bar off the dining area features a two zone wine cooler, sink and extra counter space.

The living space offers style and comfort. All new furniture includes a sofa, loveseat, two swivel rocking chairs and a 65" Sony 4K HDR LED TV. Gorgeous ocean views can be seen from the oversized windows, and the private balcony can be accessed through sliding doors in the living area and breakfast nook. 

The first master suite is located to the left of the living area. It is furnished with a new king bed, 55" Sony 4K HDR LED TV, cedar lined walk-in closet, and a private balcony overlooking the ocean and pool with seating for two. The spacious bathroom features a large walk-in shower with 12" rain shower head, custom tile on the flooring and shower and a large double vanity with marble top. 

The second master suite also features a new king bed, door to the balcony, 40" LG HD LED TV, walk-in closet. This suite also features a renovated private bathroom with tile flooring, a large walk-in shower with a 12” rain shower head and a large vanity with a marble top and plenty of storage. 

The third bedroom features two new double beds, 32” LG HD LED TV, and access to the hall bath. This remodeled bathroom features a walk-in shower with a 10" rain shower head and unique, custom tile accents throughout. 
Amenities include an oceanfront swimming pool and a separate wading pool for smaller children each with adjacent bathrooms, hot tub, large sun deck, and covered gazebo with a grill. A private boardwalk with showers to rinse off the sand leads directly to the beach.

*May-September is a 7 Night Minimum.

The place is beautiful, with amazing sunrise ocean views. Everything was seamless, with one small thing missing....sugar for the coffee keurig. It was not a big deal, but perhaps something the property manager may consider adding since they left nothing else off in the "supplies" bag--detergent, trash bags, etc. That was a nice touch! We will be back!

We enjoyed the upscale amenities and open floor plan. The ocean front view was perfect. there are many nice touches and conveniences throughout, plenty of seating area, and even beach chairs! The owner thought of everything. We will rent it again.

We recently spent 8 days at the condo. Our expectations were exceeded. Not only is the condo in the most breath taking location but is stocked to the nines. Everything you may need or want was readily available. Having the beach chairs, towels and umbrellas were great. Most important the condo was immaculate and the owners were a pleasure to deal with. If you are looking for a place in Hilton Head I wouldn’t consider anywhere else. We hope to go back every year.

Came down to Hilton Head for some R+R and left with just that! Whether it was the beautifully arrayed condo, the terrific pool and hot tub setup, or the captivating views of the beach, my family truly had a wonderful experience. The condo was updated and nicely furnished and the views of the beach were post card worthy. Overall layout of the building is very user friendly with every amenity present and thought out. Proximity to restaurants was also a plus and the grounds of the Palmetto Dunes were captivating. Biking trails throughout the area were a good way to explore and take it all in. Overall stay was note worthy and we will definitely be back. Highly recommended, cheers.

Fantastic views! The property is amazing: 20 feet steps to the beach. Really nice pool and hot tub. Loved sitting on the balcony with my coffee watching the sunrise. The condo was very clean and had new bedding. Large than I thought it would be. It also had a washer/dryer so I went home with all my clothes clean. I will pack less clothes next time I go. There was no sugar for the coffee but the general store right down the road. Great experience!

Stayed for a week with the family and had a lovely time. The condo was right on the beach and very quiet. The beach was large and the kids had fun building sandcastles. The area had a lot of good restaurants and shopping. The condo itself was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. There was also a rocking bench outside to look at the ocean. Beds were comfortable and new. Will definitely stay here again.
