This beautiful home is a 5 bedroom, 5 and 2 half bathroom home located on the 7th green and 8th fairway of the Harbour Town Golf Course. The home features a large living room with 65" TV and is perfect for entertaining or guests with multiple families. There is a game room with pool table off the entry of the home with 30" TV and a dramatic staircase that goes upstairs to 3 of the 5 bedrooms. The fully equipped kitchen features granite counters and stainless appliances. The adjacent dining room has a large table that will comfortably seat 10.

The spacious master on the first floor offers a king bed, 43" TV and a private bath with a garden tub, double vanity with granite top and walk-in shower. It is adjoined with sliding doors to a study that looks out onto a screened porch.

The king bedroom upstairs features a king bed, 28" TV with a private bath and a balcony that overlooks the pool area and looks down the length of the 7th fairway and 8th tee box. The third bedroom offers a queen bed with a private bath and 32" TV. The fourth bedroom has a Pyramid bunk and another twin w/trundle, private bath and 22" TV. The last bedroom is above the garage and can be accessed by stairs off the deck area in the back of the home. This bedroom features a twin bed w/trundle and a sleeper sofa, private bath, 40" TV with DVD player and a private balcony overlooking the golf course.

The outdoor amenities include a covered patio with arbor, outdoor kitchen with appliances, freestanding propane grill, screened in porch and pool, with plenty of comfortable seating and a dining area.

It was a hot week so we made great use of the outdoor pool area which was fantastic! There wasn’t a Keurig coffee maker on location as advertised but a Beach Properties staff member delivered the very next day on a Sunday. That was very much appreciated. The beach properties entire process from beginning to end was flawless. The rental property was fantastic. We had such a wonderful stay and will definitely use Beach Properties in the future.

Our family had a fantastic trip! The house was perfect for our 5 adult couples because we each had our own bathroom and rooms. The pool table was a nice evening activity. We had the pool heated and it was perfect and so much fun during the day and evening. The location was so quiet, private, and peaceful. The house was well stocked with all the essentials too. And as a bonus, there are a ton of books to read! The Sea pines community was so beautiful and perfect for bike riding, not far from beaches or harbor town. We would definitely stay here again.

We booked a last minute family gathering for my parents and my siblings. We needed 4 bedrooms with private baths , and a good sized pool that all could enjoy. The house was perfect for our needs. The house was spotless and a member of the MGT company came by upon check in to ensure it was clean and sanitized as promised. Kitchen was equipped with all normal items with an extra large pantry if you’re bringing food with you. The pool area is so relaxing with a nice patio, plenty of lounge chairs, and a beautiful view of the golf course. Sea Pines is a stunning resort area with mature trees and landscaping. Close access to the beaches as well.

This property was ideal for our group. We spent hours in the pool and on the porch at the outdoor bar. The pool table was great to have. This is a really large home, and there is tons of privacy if you want it. We've stayed in a number of homes on Hilton Head, but none more comfortable and convenient. Its also a great location on the golf course for watching golfers.
