Welcome to 4 Driftwood Lane! This stunning 2-story home is situated on a private lane in North Forest Beach! The elevated Charleston style beach home has been professionally renovated and offers 6 bedrooms and 4.5 baths and is only 75 steps from the beach. It is tastefully decorated and has comfortable neutral colors throughout.

As you walk up the stairs you are immediately greeted by the beautiful, private, sunny pool that is spacious with a composite deck. There are two umbrella tables each with six seats and a Weber grill for all your outdoor dining. Under the covered part of the deck are six lounge chairs that can be rolled out into the sun when you want to sunbathe.

Entering the home, you will first notice the beautiful light tan wood floors and spacious open living area. The dining room is to the left and has a long wooden table that seats 12. To the right is the living room where there is a blue and white striped sectional, four accent chairs, two palm frond ceiling fans and a 55” TV mounted over the fireplace. Behind the couch is a desk to write out those vacation postcards or catch up on some work. The adjacent fully stocked kitchen has beautiful white custom cabinets, stainless steel appliances and stunning granite countertops. There are four stools at the large kitchen island – a great place to sit and have a snack!

In the hall there is a half bathroom that has a Whirlpool top loading washer and dryer. Down the hall is the master bedroom with a king bed, chair, 40” SMART TV and his and hers closets. The private bathroom has a double vanity, walk-in shower with bench seat and the rain showerhead. This room has a door leading to the covered part of the pool deck.

At the landing of the stairs there is a table with lots of books, games & puzzles. Up the open wooden staircase (15 stairs) you will find the remaining 5 bedrooms and 3 full baths. There is a second master suite, with a king bed, 40" SMART TV and a large, newly renovated private bath with double vanity and a walk-in shower. Also, this room has access to a covered veranda with six white rocking chairs and overlooks the pool. There is a bathroom in the hall that has a single vanity and walk-in shower. On the right is a guest bedroom with a queen bed, 40” TV and access to the covered veranda. Across the hall is another guest bedroom with two twin beds and a 40” mounted TV. At the end of the hall is another bathroom with a single vanity and tub/shower combo. To the right is a guest bedroom with a queen bed, bench seat, 40” mounted TV and access to the covered veranda. Across the hall is the last guest bedroom that has two twin beds and a 40” TV. All of the bedrooms have new premium mattresses and box spring, beautiful linens, nice accessories, hardwood flooring and a freshly painted interior.

This home is only 1 mile from Coligny Plaza by beachside, car or bike where you will find dining, entertainment, and shopping. Your family is sure to enjoy every aspect of this gorgeous home!

I loved all the updates from new washer and dryer, the oven backsplash in the house! It looks great! I love the plantation shutters! Any idea where they got them? This was our third year at the beach house. My girls said “This feels like home.” It’s our home away from home. Everyone has their traditional own bedroom and we love sitting on the comfortable couch together. We also love the privacy of the house offers and the private beach.

We have never stayed at any villa ,house, hotel that was as clean and inviting as this. Many thanks to your cleaning staff!!!! The beds are extremely comfortable and the linens were exceptionally wonderful!!! Even the towels get our compliments! The house was magnificent and like a home not over the top on beachy stuff which was nice. Pool was great as well. Probably our best vacation ever at Hilton Head which we have been doing for 20 plus years. Thanks so much!!!!

We enjoyed playing card games, putting together puzzles. Or just relaxing in the rocking chairs with a book and a cup of coffee! The location is perfect and a beautiful peaceful place enjoyed by everyone!

We all loved the place, short walk to the beach. Pool was great. Only thing was the path to the beach needed to be trimmed a little and other places we stayed at in the past had like a boardwalk or a mat down which made it easier to walk on. Other than that everything was perfect! Family time on the beach was fantastic. Beach walks at night was great too!

Everything was wonderful, well equipped and clean. The ONLY suggestion is to add ceiling fans on both patios.

The house looked exactly like the pictures! The beds were comfortable, bathrooms were beautiful with great water pressure and the kitchen was well stocked with plenty of dishes, glasses and cookware. The beach was a short walk down the dead end street. The rental company was the easiest we have ever worked with. We will return to this house.

We all totally enjoyed the experience1) Minor …. Need hand soap bars at sinks and showers. 2) Great furniture in great room.3) awesome pool.4) superb grill. 5) girls loved the kitchen. 7) totally enjoyed pool tables with chairs and large Dining table in dining room.

We are a family of 11, with 5 kids ranging in age from 18 to 1 1/2. There was plenty of space for all of us!! The master bathrooms are gorgeous! The pool was enjoyed a lot!

We loved everything about this property, from the pool to the layout with spacious open kitchen, den and dining area. It was just steps to the beach on a quiet lane. The property manager was incredibly helpful and responsive. We enjoyed every minute of our stay.
