4 Strath is a wonderful vacation home in Palmetto Dunes with 5 bedrooms, 4 full baths and one-half bath. It has a beautiful view of the lagoon in the backyard and is just a short walk to the beach! There are dark hardwood floors with white columns separating the entrance from the sitting room. This home is decorated with beach and nautical décor making it feel like a vacation home.

As you enter the home, you are greeted with a small sitting area and a winding staircase to the upstairs. The sitting room has a queen sleeper sofa, two leather armchairs, and a red bookcase full of games, books, and puzzles. A great place for the family to gather for game night! To the right is the dining room where there is a table that has six rattan backed chairs. The spacious fully equipped kitchen has a U-shaped Island that has five stools. There are granite counters and stainless-steel appliances. In the kitchen nook, by the windows overlooking the pool deck, there is a round table for four. A great place to sit and watch the chef prepare your favorite meal. The living room and kitchen share a large open space, filled with natural sunlight from the windows along the entire back of the home giving a great view of the pool and lagoon in the backyard. The living room features a large brown sectional with room for 6-7 people, a blue leather recliner, two swivel chairs, and a mounted 65" SMART TV. There are even four little stools at the coffee table – a great place for the kids to sit and play.

From the living room you have access to the screened-in Carolina Room where there are high ceilings, a ceiling fan, sofa, and two chairs. Open the door to the left to an outside deck where there is an umbrella table that seats six. To the right, another deck with an umbrella table that seats four, the Nexgrill, an outdoor shower, and a door that opens to a bathroom. The large kidney shaped pool has great areas of shade and sun! The deck has plenty of seating with four lounge chairs and three additional chairs. Just beyond the pool is your own private dock with two Adirondack chairs, a great spot for catching some rays or catching some fish!

Back inside to the right of the entrance you will find a half bathroom across from the stairs. Under the stairs there is a bench seat and coat rack. The guest bedroom with a queen bed, has a blue carpet, 32" TV, and walk-in closet. There is also a private bathroom with double granite vanities and a walk-in shower.

As you head up 16 stairs, there are two more queen bedrooms each with their own private bathroom and the master bedroom. The first guest room is very large with a queen bed, walk-in closet, and 32” TV. There is a table for two by the windows. A great place to relax and read a book. The private bathroom has a single vanity and a walk-in shower. The next guest room has a queen bed up against a Navy-blue accent wall, an accent chair, and a 32” TV. This bedroom has a Jack-n-Jill bathroom shared with the hall that has a single granite vanity and a tub/shower combo. The master has a king bed, bench seat, two chairs, palm frond ceiling fan, and 46” TV. This bedroom has a private balcony overlooking the pool and lagoon. The very large master bathroom has a jetted tub, large walk-in shower, and double vanities. There is also a washer and dryer in the walk-in closet.

Finally, on the opposite side of the house there is a loft bedroom on the top floor with one full bed, two twin beds, and a loveseat that opens to a twin bed. This is a great space for the kids to hang out and play with lots of space, a 46" TV, and a table perfect for a puzzle, game, or coloring.

Downstairs in the garage is a large entertainment room. This room is decorated with a nautical theme and has a ping-pong table, a round table for four, a swing seat, and four tall bar seats.

4 Strath is an awesome home with so many amazing spaces for indoor and outdoor enjoyment!

This home was the perfect spot for our family.. We were a big bunch and the bed and bathroom set up was perfect !! The kitchen had everything we needed n we cooked almost all our meals. A Lovely home, we will be back !! Loved the screened in porch. Loved the short walk to the beach . We left boogie boards ( too big for plane ✈️) so next guests will benefit. Enjoy !

We had a great vacation and this property was a big part of the experience. Clean and well equipped. The beach was a short walk and riding a bike in the area was very easy and fun. We had 2 rainy days, but the house had ping pong and games, and a screened in porch that kept us "outside" but dry. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking and group meals. Our group of 8 had zero complaints.It definitely felt like a home away from home.

My family and I had a great stay at 4 Strath even with Tropical Storm Elsa rolling through. The property managers checked on you and the house the next day and cleaned the pool in time for us to get another day of usage before our departure. Any problems during our stay identified by us was quickly repaired. House was true to the pictures.

My family enjoyed a fun filled week at the 4 Strath Court house. House was amazing and there was room for everyone to have their own space. Kids enjoyed the ping pong table and fishing out back. Great size pool for everyone, seems bigger than most in the neighborhood. Thank you for a great week

Property worked out great for our family. We had all ages so made good use of the bedrooms. Nice to be able to have kids in their own space. Close to beach and nice having our own pool. Close to restaurants (we ordered takeout most nights). Had a great time with our family.

Wonderful location! A short walk to the beach, bike rentals available and many golf courses nearby. We loved our stay in Hilton head. Communication was great as well

4 Strath Court was a fantastic property for our group of 4 families to stay. The home is very roomy with a separate wing dedicated for our kids such as their bedroom, television, ping pong table, etc. The kitchen was a great space with wonderfully stocked pots, pans, utensils, and drinkware. (especially for those who enjoy cooking) The pool and privacy was second to none as well.
