This spacious 3BR/3Ba, oceanfront end villa, has all the comforts of home. When entering the villa, guests are greeted with beautiful tile floors and an open great room with spectacular ocean views. The living room has a flat screen television and access to the ocean front balcony. The balcony also has a tile floor with beautiful wrought-iron furniture. The living room has comfortable seating and opens into the dining room.

The first of two master bedrooms is directly off of the living room and has a wall of windows with a view of the ocean. It has a flat screen television and private bath with walk in shower and granite vanity. The second master bedroom is off the entrance of the villa and has a private bath with walk in shower and single vanity. The third bedroom has two twin beds and is close to the second master. It has a flat screen television and shares a hall bath with the common areas.

The kitchen is equipped with all the necessities and opens up to the dining area. It also has a breakfast bar and granite counter tops. The Shorewood complex is a gated community and is located within walking and biking distance of Coligny Plaza, which features local shops and restaurants.
