5 Urchin Manor can accommodate up to 22 guests with 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms and 2 half baths. This home is the perfect place for multiple families to get together for a vacation or for a family reunion to the beach!

The main floor living room is bright, open and spacious. With a large L-Shaped couch and other comfy chairs, there’s tons of space for all guests to enjoy. The combination of tans and grey with a pop of coral and teal in the pillows, makes for a fun and classy decorated home. Just behind the living area is the kitchen with a breakfast bar, granite countertops, and tons of storage and cooking space. The updated kitchen has beautiful new stainless steel appliances and is fully equipped for the large number of guests the home can accommodate. There is a dining area with seating for 10 off of the kitchen and just beyond that is a screened patio with a dining table with room for 6 to eat out in the sea breeze. There is a walk-in laundry room that leads to the first floor half bath.

On the main level of the home, there is a guest bedroom with two queen beds with fun beach style. With large sweeping windows there’s plenty of sunlight. This room has a bathroom with a shower/tub combo.

On the second level of the home, there are 3 bedrooms. One is a king bedroom decorated with neutral tones and complete with a private bathroom with a shower/tub combo. Another is a guest bedroom with two queen beds and a private bathroom with a shower/tub combo as well. Lastly, there is a master suite with a king bed, a sitting area, and a master bath with a soaking tub and separate shower.

On the top floor, there is another living area, with sleeper sofa, perfect for the kids to get away and feel like they have their own space but without being too far out of sight. With a L-shaped couch and more chairs, all of the kids could bundle up for a movie night or game night after spending the day in the sun. To the side is a dining table, which could be used for snacks or even to start a puzzle on! There’s a balcony off of the dining table area with chairs to sit and enjoy the ocean breeze. Lastly, there is a second kitchenette on this upper level with a half bath, making the top floor almost like an entire separate home if needed!

The top floor has a master suite bedroom with a king bed, sitting area, and a private balcony. There is a private master bathroom with a walk-in shower and double vanity. The final bedroom is a kids room/family suite on the third floor with a queen bed, two twins, and a bunk bed, so everyone can bunk up together and tell stories from their day as they fall asleep and have access to the TV game room - just across the hall. With fun beach tones, the room is a great spot so that the kids can do their own thing in the comfort of the home! Attached is a guest bathroom with three separate sinks and a walk-in shower.

The pool deck is huge with a large pool and waterfall. With plenty of seating, guests can soak up the sun together on lounge chairs!

This home is located at the end of Bradley Beach, a quiet street away from the hustle and bustle of the south end of the island but still close to shopping, dining, nightlife, entertainment and an array of outdoor activities. Community tennis courts, basketball court, recreation fields, bike paths and playgrounds are all within walking distance of the homes.

The elevator goes from the ground level to the top floor. In the garage you will find a ping-pong table and an extra refrigerator.

Our family of 11 spent a wonderful Christmas here! The house was beautiful and plenty big for everyone. It is a very short walk to beach and close to bike paths.

The house was great. Clean and outfitted with everything we needed for our stay. From a stocked kitchen to all the beach equipment. The staff was accommodating and even shipped my hairdryer to me after we left.

Visited in late May 2023 with extended family...loved having 3-minute walk to Burkes Beach. This house worked perfect having 2 separate living/TV areas and individual bathrooms attached to all 6 Bedrooms. Screened-in porch accessible from dining room and pool deck -was an extra plus! Enjoyed thoroughly and will be back!

We were continuing to celebrate my mother in laws 90th Bday!! The house is great for someone with Ambulatory challenges and access to the pool was also easy. It was a great house for a family get together. The garage and ping pong area were very dirty but improved when requested cleaners to sweep. Everyone was very friendly. The elevator worked great for my mother in law. The space was great for a large family. The proximity to the beach and tennis were great. We will stay here again!

I can heartily recommend 5 Urchin Manor as a great base for a 6-man golf outing. The home was extremely clean and very well equipped. We especially enjoyed the large kitchen and dining areas, 6 private bathrooms, and the elevator. Aside from the outdoor grill that needs new burners and a leaky toilet tank on the top floor, the home was perfect. All 6 of us agreed we would definitely rent this home again.

This property is only a few minutes walk from the beach and has a lovely pool and hot tub. A wonderful water experience was had by all. We were able to make a great meal in the kitchen and using the grill and were only minutes away from excellent restaurants when we did not want to cook.

We had a wonderful experience from the time I called to inquire about the property. Everyone at Beach Properties is so friendly and helpful. We had a issue with wasp nest and the elevator and someone was out within the hour. We were able to do an early check in which was great for some of our family who could only stay the weekend (this gave them a few more hours of beach time). The beach towels were amazing since we drove several vehicles and ours were in the last car to arrive. The small touches like the 2 towel, hand towel, and wash cloth per bed were a nice touch. I loved how close we were to the beach. I just can't say enough good about both the property and the management company. It was a wonderful visit!

This house met and exceeded our expectations. It was very spacious, had nice outdoor space, and was a very short and easy walk to the beach! The pool and hot tub were wonderful. We paid extra for the pool to be heated and it was perfect for the kids.

5 Urchin Manor was the perfect spot host adult children and grandkids. My wife and I celebrated my birthday with family and friends over the weekend and enjoyed the island during the week. This home is large enough for all ages to find a special spot to hang out. The meals were prepared in the fabulous kitchen with plenty of space, utensils and cookware. The pool was heated to perfection for the kids and the beach was close by also. This home is an amazing place to make wonderful memories. We will return - gladly!

This house is in great shape and has lots of amenities to keep everyone happy. The third-floor game room is great. The kitchen is well-supplied and there's plenty of room for 20 people to eat together. We'd come back in a heartbeat.

House accommodated 3 families with great comfort. Kitchen large enough for many to participate in making meals, full bath in every bedroom was so appreciated, pool kept clean, but the great access to the beach was key to an amazing stay.

The staff at Beach Properties were awesome to deal with both before and during our stay! 5 Urchin Manor was an incredible house with a lifesaving elevator which helped tremendously in getting luggage and groceries up all the floors. The kitchen was well-stocked and huge which made it rate superb! The house was immaculate. With that being said, the only problem we had was with turning on the water in the showers - there were posted about low water pressure on some websites. The key to that problem was you really had to pull hard on the handles of the shower to make them work and voila! you had great water pressure. Thanks to Beach Properties for making our stay so enjoyable - we hope to be back!
