This adorable, centrally located villa is the perfect getaway for couples or small families! As you enter the villa, you are greeted by all new flooring, in driftwood style planks and a beautiful kitchen updated with quartz countertops.
The open living and dining area is a great place for dining and socializing!

The villa is done in all coastal colors and décor, you will definitely know you are vacationing at the beach in this cozy villa! The living room has a sliding door that leads out to the patio for additional outdoor living space. The peaked ceilings with beautiful beams gives it even a more spacious feel! Located all on one level for ease and convenience, the 2 bedrooms each have their own bathrooms. The 2nd bathroom can be accessed through the hallway or the twin bedroom. The master suite has an updated bathroom and a sliding door that leads out to the patio.

There is a beautiful newly remodeled complex pool located just outside the sliding door to the right of the villa within a minute walk. The beach is located a short bike ride from the villa, beach access is located at the Dunes House and during peek season the Dunes Buggy transports guest within the plantation including the marina side located at Shelter Cove. There are miles of bike paths, lagoons, water activities, 3 golf courses, tennis courts, a general store and dining located within the plantation.

We loved puzzling at the puzzle table, game night with the fun games. Dinners with friends at the big table. Riding bikes from the condo all over palmetto dunes and walking to the general store for ice cream. The condo was very comfortable but not very well equipped from a kitchen perspective. The cooking utensils were sparse, the knives were very dull, more pantry storage was needed (there was extraneous stuff already in the pantry closet that limited the space) and basics that we’re used to seeing, ie salt and pepper, weren’t there. The appliances, especially the washer dryer, are due for an upgrade. Also for a 2 week stay, it would be nice to have double the starter supplies as we are paying for 2 weeks. In the 2nd bedroom, there needs to be some sort of storage, a dresser, something with drawers. The little table in the corner could be replaced with something with storage. But overall, the location was great, the back deck was perfect, especially with dogs. Can’t wait to come back!

Such an easy process to book the stay. Unit was exactly as pictured and nicely appointed. Appreciate the contact before and after our stay. We all especially enjoyed the heater in the bathroom, it was a spa like experience.

We enjoyed early mornings sitting on the patio with a cup of coffee, watching friendly guests with dogs walking by, as well as daily beach walks and bike rides!

This is a spacious property with easy access to golf, tennis, the beach and any services we needed. The pre-visit communication was outstanding. When we arrived we found the condo easily and found it well appointed. There's an enclosed porch with grill and outdoor furniture, which we enjoyed. They provided beach towels which we appreciated. The staff was responsive when we had a question. If you plan to visit Hilton Head, this property is excellent and highly recommended.

Everything was great and as advertised. This place is spectacular. It is close to everything on the resort. There is an plenty to do nearby including spotting alligators. The condo is clean and spacious. It is also near the pool and beaches.
