Location, location, location! This totally remodeled home, boasting all new furnishings is truly the combination and epitome of palatial, coastal, functionality and comfort offering every feature you could want for a perfect vacation! There is plenty of room for everyone to enjoy this 7300 sq. ft. home with 6 different gathering areas indoors. Additionally, there are 3 huge outdoor decks, plus a large screened-in porch featuring a wet bar & TV, which will allow you to enjoy your surroundings bug free!

As you enter the home, you walk into an airy foyer that leads down into a sunken living area that has views of the ocean. Cool, off-white tiling throughout this level, gives you a Mediterranean feel! This room has a cream-colored sectional and 3 club chairs, it has a unique coffee table with 4 "hidden" seats for extra seating and French doors that lead out to the pool area. There is also a convenient wet bar area located on this level, complete with dishwasher, microwave, sink, toaster oven, coffee maker and a bistro table with seating for 4.

Off to the far left is an over-sized recreational/bedroom with 3 bunks that will sleep up to 8 people. Two of the bottom bunks are queens and the tops are twin XL's. There is also a full bath off of this room, a 56" mounted flat screen TV and plenty of seating with a fully furnished living room sectional, chairs and a pub table with 4 stools for eating & playing games. There are also doors that give you access to the pool area. In addition, on this level is the large game room with a TV, wet bar and many activities for the family to enjoy together!

As you go up to the expansive foyer, you enter the main upper level with the over-sized living area that opens up to the kitchen. The dining table, with stunning light fixtures, seats up to 10 and there are additional bar and tables that seat an additional 16 people. How many homes can offer this amount of seating in the same living area? Not many!

The kitchen is fully stocked and equipped with all top of the line appliances, wine cooler and extra dishwasher to meet all of your dining and entertaining needs! Beautiful quartz counters, bar and island are exquisite and functional. There is a half bath located off of the kitchen, as well as the laundry room, with a 2nd full-sized fridge. Right off the kitchen is a huge oceanside deck for grilling and enjoying beautiful sunsets! The soft coastal colors of greys, whites and blues will be a great back drop for the ultimate fun and relaxing vacation and getaway with your family and friends.

This main level has beautiful Brazilian cherry hard wood flooring throughout extending up to the 3rd floor common areas. On the 2nd level there are 3 bedrooms. To the left of the hall on the left side is a bedroom with 2 Queens that has access to the modern full bath in the hall. Across from this bedroom is a master suite, complete with king bed, double sleeper sofa, a master bathroom that has a Jacuzzi tub, ridiculously spacious shower and two large vanities. There is also a sitting area by the windows that overlooks the ocean, a wonderful spot to enjoy reading or relaxing before the day starts and the fun begins! There is the 3rd bedroom which has 2 Queens and a sitting area with a double sleeper sofa and a contemporary en suite bathroom.

Finally, on the 3rd level are the remaining 4 king bedrooms (two of which offer a twin sleeper bed). All of these bedrooms have balconies with seating that have direct views of the ocean that are just spectacular! One bedroom offers a shower and a bathtub. There is a wet bar in an alcove off of the hallway, complete with all of your midnight snack necessities! (Ice maker, fridge, microwave and coffee maker!) In addition, there is a 2nd compact laundry area in this hallway. On the 3rd level is also a large sitting room for relaxation and conversation with a desk nook for those that may have to sneak in some work while away.

Last but not least, your sanctuary awaits you in the backyard! Enjoy any time of day in the screened-in porch that overlooks the pool. There is plenty of seating for both lounging and dining around the pool deck and there are two levels of decking to spread out and enjoy the company surrounded by beautiful live oaks, pines and the sounds of the nearby ocean waves. **Bathroom located in the screened porch is not available for guest use**

We certainly enjoyed the spacious and numerous seating places for our big spaghetti dinner and low country boil. It felt like we were in the same room even when we weren’t between the dining room, high top in the living room, kitchen table, and the two kitchen bar seating areas.

Perfect accommodations for a perfect long weekend 4-night stay. Everyone said how relaxing the weekend was. I'm not sure who enjoyed the beach more, us or the dogs! We walked and biked the beach every day and even biked 5 miles south to the jetty. The kitchen was perfect for our spaghetti and low country boil dinner nights. Although we had only one child with us, many enjoyed the game room too. One of the best things about this home was the 5 king bedrooms all with en-suite baths for all the married couples.

Perfect for our group of 10. Bedrooms with private bath were well placed. Elevator was handy for moving luggage from floor to floor. Nice kitchen! We will be back!!

Beautiful sunrise and perfect beach for walking. Upholstered furniture worn and stained. It is a shame because the house is a great design and great location. It needs some TLC.

All the rooms were amazing and most of the bedrooms had a beautiful walk in shower. There was plenty of dishes and utensils for all of us. The only problem we had was that the cleaning people did not finish until almost 5:30. But other than that everything was wonderful.

This place is wonderful. We were a family of 20. Four generations with an age range of 2 years to 88 years. There was plenty of space for the kiddos to play and the adults to rest and relax. The beach was a short walk away! The kitchen was huge! The bathrooms were wonderful! The beds were comfy. We had no complaints about anything. One shower head was broken and maintenance was there and had it repaired quickly! We will definitely return!

We were celebrating our 50th wedding anniversary with all of our children and grandchildren so we needed a home to sleep 18 with at least four king size suites. The bunk room was a huge hit with our six 5 to 11 year olds. The access to the ocean was wonderful. After time at the beach, the kids and adults loved the pool and game room to relax. We cooked most of our meals so we appreciated the well stocked kitchen. The views of the ocean from the house were fantastic.

The property was like a dream. Lots of private sitting in areas. The elevator was an awesome touch. The beaches looked and felt like sugar. I loved d the view of the beach . No details were overlooked. Everything in b was perfect.

Unbelievably well appointed and decorated home. The view from all levels is magnificent with sunrise views! House was immaculate with a great floor plan for anything from a wedding to family vacations. Distinct living and entertainment areas on each floor! The pool area has shade and easy walking access to the ocean. The beach is large uncrowded and clean. The area has lots of fine dining and is safe. Easily the best vacation stay ever. We cannot wait to return, in fact we didn't want to leave.

What an amazing home. There was so much space for all of us (18) and the weather allowed us to take full advantage of the outdoor spaces as well. The grandsons loved the bunk room, this grandma loved the quiet of the ocean view balcony. It was the best Thanksgiving ever and we are all hoping to do it again! What a treat 9 Laurel is! The attention to detail, the game room, beautiful bedrooms, pool and high-end kitchen were more than we expected! Watching the deer and birds in the evening as the sun set was an experience the whole family enjoyed. Views from the second and third floor balconies are amazing. Convenient to shopping and restaurants too. We have absolutely no complaints. Great place for families and friends to gather - you’ll love it!
